Super Friendly Staff
I spoke to Giles and Samantha at the front desk of woodspring Suites in Montgomery Alabama, and I was super impressed by what they had to say.
The area is a commercial neighborhood that Giles did say used to be sort of a bad neighborhood, but they did work actively to clean it up, so it's is a safe place to be now.
I was told they don't have issues with vandals or vagrants. The building is completely secure to the point where you need a key to get into the building and a key to get into your room. There is 24/7 security, complete with cameras.
Samantha told me there are plenty of places to eat around there you've got Mickey D's, Wendy's, Olive Garden, Jason's Deli, Thai and Korean joints.
Nearby, there’s Winn-Dixie a Walmart, and a Fresh Market grocery store, kind of like a Whole Foods, if you're into the natural healthy cooking.
She also said is there is an absolutely delicious Chinese restaurant called Kung food Panda nearby.
At the woodspring Suites in Montgomery Alabama, they provide toilet tissue, garbage bags, shampoo. They will come clean the carpets at your request if you should have an a spill, and there is an on-site laundry that is secured ,and that you have access to 24/7.
As far as cooking goes there is a kitchenette but the cooking items and the dinnerware is not supplied in the weekly or the monthly rates I think the dinnerware was $12 and the cookware is $13, or vice versa, either way you purchase it when you get there and it is yours to keep when you leave.

Immediate Bad Sign
Now, I called these people several times throughout the day, and no one ever answered at the front desk of the local hotel, which is already a bad sign. However, I did get in contact with the central reservations.
Dirt-Cheap Weekly Rates
I was told by a nice woman named Mary, who answered the phone at central reservations, that the weekly rental at the InTown Suites is $170, including taxes you're looking at about $220.
They don’t have a monthly rate, and this location has not been renovated. It sounds kinda sketchy, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
But, I know that if your credit is bad, and you have an eviction, you might just have to do what you have to do to get by. Please proceed with caution:
