Does having money in the Cayman Islands and Swiss bank accounts make Romney less presidential?

Is it presidential and patriotic for Mitt Romney to have his money in Swiss bank accounts and in the Cayman Islands?

America has money across world, and so American institution and banks who owns across the world. Why it should make Mr. Romney less patriotic less Presidential.  What make him less Presidential is his love for rich and his policies which will make poor, poorer.
American President needs to solve the problem at home, which are more grave than any time in history rather than solving the problem of the world. The biased attitude of America has made it leased loved country in the outside world.

Not at all. I support neither. But a least Romney was smart enough to earn that much money. That becomes a plus over his opponent.

PV, I guess that there is nothing wrong in that by itself. The question is is he using these offshore havens as a way to avoid paying income taxes. This I don't know, but the man that wants to be king must always be held to higher standard, meeting both the letter and the spirit of the law. Lets take a look at a few of Romney's past IT returns to see if he has maintained himself as an example to others or just part of the problem.....

Romney's accounts outside the U.S. raise a question that invites further investigation and an examination of his tax returns. What's clear is that he's opposed to changes in the federal income tax that would increase taxes on himself and other multimillionaires, hedge fund operators, the oil companies and so forth. He has shown zero recognition of the huge redistribution of income and wealth from the middle class and poor to the rich  that has occurred in the past 30 years Moreover, for the most part he's opposed to regulations designed to prevent the banks from gambling with exotic investments and igniting another bubble and world recession.

I'm trying to think if you missed anything! Maybe that Ronmey believes in a winner-take-all system, without compromise, and that all is fair when making money.

That depends on who you are asking. If you bring up the fact that Romney evades taxes to the tune of $5 million dollars, some poor bloke is going to resent paying an extra $500. That's because he cannot get out of taxes. This make Romney from a different class, not a man of the people. But for me, I'd go with the idea that I probably wouldn't vote for either Obama or Romney because neither is going to face the real issue. Obama because he is head of the Wimps and won't just do it. Romney because he'd going to help the rich invest off shore, not at home. That's all he knows. He's good at it for sure!
