How many people knew that Obama was such a pothead when he was younger?

We are now getting information that was not given to us when O ran for president the first time.  The mainstream media has not been doing its job of being the public's watchdog but rather has been Obama's poodle.

Cassie, the thing is, when a Democrat president or presidential candidate has a "history," the leftist-dominated print-and-electronic media always makes it appear as though it was not that big of a thing.

For example, when it was revealed that Bill Clinton went way out of his way to dodge the draft and even wrote a letter to one of the ranking Selective Service officials in which he said he "loathed the military," the media made no effort to hold his feet to the fire for saying such a thing.

And when John Kerry told an outright, bald-faced lie about being on a U.S. Navy gun boat that sailed all the way up the Mekong River to Cambodia, he was not attacked and drummed into oblivion by the media for committing an infraction that was as serious as that.

Thus, as far as the leftist-dominated major media is concerned, the fact that Obama used to smoke a whole lot of dope is not nearly as newsworthy as the juvenile pranks that Mitt Romney committed way back in 1965, when he was only about 17 or 18 years old.

Very true feenix, and this is why the mainstream media has less credibility with each passing year under the O administration.  At some point, we should just ignore the mainstream media because it is just so corrupt.

Cassie, I do not watch, listen to, or read the news anymore. I MONITOR it, for the purpose of staying abreast of what my enemies are up to.

People who believe that Obama, or any other president, has anything to do with the way the U.S. economy goes are real good prospects for being sold the Brooklyn Bridge.

it's funny that you point out the economy part of that comment because I didn't even want to include it but my response was too short so I just chose the first thing that came to my mind.

Then I will add this: Neither Obama, nor any other president, has the power and the authority to have an effect on what happens in the personal life of the average citizen of the U.S.

Probably as many people who know that George W. Bush was arrested for drunk driving or dodged the draft.

Clinton smoked pot, I'm sure Bush smoked pot, I'm sure other candidates have too. I'm sure many people reading this have also smoked pot when they were younger. It doesn't negate their entire life.

I didn't know, but I don't care about that.  What I do care about is getting him out of the White House!!

I think I would be seriously worried if we ever had a president that didnt mess up and make mistakes at one point or another.  Just remember this Hitler had a prestine record. He never commited adultry. He never did anything that would have been a blemish on his record and he plunged us into world war II.
