   How Many Guns have you stared down the barrel of, or how many guns have you had pulled on you?
   
   Right off hand I can think of five instances in which I've looked down the barrel of a loaded gun.  Have you had a gun aimed at you with malice or fear?  If so, how many times?  What happenwd?

   I can thankfully say, that I never had the displeasure of having a gun pointed at me (unless you count a loaded squirt gun). What the heck were you doing to get a gun pointed at you FIVE times?!

      Well I used to be kinda wild.  One instance involved police, so that one isn't so special.
      
      I'll advise against investigating the contents of hundred year old fallen in farm houses though, sometimes ancient men watch from afar.

   I worked at a Payless shoe store in 1972 just outside E. St. Louis, when Time Magazine labeled it the slum city of the nation. We had so many armed robberies that when the cops would bring in the mug shot books for us to look at we could identify most of the guys in the books by their shoe sizes. They and their families were regular customers of ours.
   
   The last one was October 31. We were in the middle of inventory when a guy comes it with his lady friend. He had a S&W .44 Magnum, and of course, we had all seen the Dirty Harry movie and knew it could "blow our head clean off." When the barrel was pressed into my belly I was really glad at that moment that I knew I was a Christian. It was like, "okay, shoot and I'm home in Heaven."
   
   While I didn’t suffer any willies from the incident it did cause me to join the Navy two weeks later. I figured the worst the Navy could do was to ship me to Nam and there at least I should have a gun to shoot back with.

   I was robbed at gun point once. I had a gun pointed at me by an acquaintance, and several times had military pointing guns at me in roadside stops. Only one of these occurrences was in the USA.

      Guatemala, in the mid 1980s. Both the military and robbery. The robber was so scared of us his hands were shaking. That worried me otherwise it didn't seem that serious at the time. More scary was the military, stopped my bus and THEY looked scared.

      Yes....its strange, I'm not sure how it works but scared persons can either be extremely dangerous or not at all...depends on how scared they are, I guess.

   A shot-gun pointed at the stomach by a madman; an automatic rifle in the back in Europe; and an automatic street pistol to the head by a bunch of gang-banging young adolescents. What happened? Lets just say AP used up a couple of his lives.

   a few times this has happened to me. only twice did i actually believe they would pull the trigger. once i ended up grabbing the gun and i beat the guy with it.

      Yep!!!  It's most often a punk with a lack of masculinity that pulls a gun.  Trained folks don't show weapons until the must be used

    Only by a law enforcement officer. Apparently I was trespassing in my apartment. (?) There's more to the story, but I need an attorney to let me know when when the statute of limitations is up so I can avoid legal trouble when I write about it.

    I've had a gun pointed at me with "malice aforethought" on two occasions: (1) a shotgun during a robbery -- one of the robbers was killed (but not by me); (2) A neighbor advised me a man was looking in my window (at night and I had 3 little kids in the house) I locked the kids in the bathroom and went to look for him. When I found him he had a gun pointed at me and mine was pointing at him -- neither of us would give. I assured him I could shoot him and leave a hole an army could march through  (I had a .357) before he could kill me with his .22 Saturday Night Special  -- he acquiesed and ran. The police caught him two blocks away - his gun was stolen and he was wanted for robbery and molesting children.

    2 times. Once I woke up to a double barrel shot gun in my face during a home invasion robbery. Apparently they had some inside info that there was a large amount of cash in the house. Luckily they took the money and left. Once by my X-boyfriend. Afterward he showed me that it wasn't loaded, but that didn't change it for me, I was out of there.
