Why is US Army and Navy everywhere in every battle around the world?

On several occasions we have seen the interference of US Army or Navy or together. The reason often given is Fight against Terrorism or Corruption, but aren't there problems in US itself of the same kind? Than why are they helping others when themselves need some help !!!

Don't be deluded into thinking that they are helping..US never ever does anything without strings attached  just listen to the US political establishment or the White house spoke person when they speak.  The first thing usually they say is  'In the interest of the American people' that means not in the interest of others.

They allude to the interest of the American people but actually it is the rich and the elite power brokers in the US that they mean.

All wars recently taken place or being prepared for is instigated by American 'Play-ground BULLY' mentality... it is all selfish and power greedy policies being acted out.

The world is only a ball - what goes round will also come round soon enough and it is only the general public that suffer the consequences of corrupt policies.

Let's forget about Terrorism for a second, which does not exist anyway. It doesn't live anywhere and we can't physically kill it. It's just an abstract noun. Do we want to fight Afghans?--invade Afghanistan. Do we want to fight Iraqis--invade Iraq. One must declare war against nations, not against abstract nouns or sub-groups within a nation. That's why we never win. Once upon a time, the US invaded countries only for commercial interests. Today, the military and the national security apparatus does things on its own accord to stay in control. But since generals don't understand the concept of fiscal responsibility and budgets, they will compel our politicians to drive our government into bankruptcy.

We already have troops within the US that we call federal police forces that are essentially equipped the same way as our military forces. We just don't call them soldiers. The FBI, DEA, CBP, ICE, TSA, ATF, US Marshals, Secret Service, USCG, and CIA are the bulk of them. The US has been a national security state for 65 years. It is a police state now as well.

After WWII the US used military and economic measures to ensure influence. A justification was easily found: Cold war and the protection of western way of life.
Today the economic power of the US is fading away. There is only the military option left. Being the sole source of action to maintain influence, the military option attracts much more attention than 40 years ago.
The US isnĀ“t doing more military intervention than in the past decades. But today there is no more a mutually accepted justification. There is no need for a "world policeman".
