    I think the expectations they set for themselves are higher and I think there are more distractions, so I think the stresses are higher.

    Stress comes with more responsibilities and target based work. Nowadays, youth are given with more responsibilities to achieve desired targets set by the Corporates. Managing stress comes with experience.

    20 years back, managerial positions were filled with experience and achievements.
    Now, it is filled with certain criteria like premier institution/education, achievements and experience takes the back-seat.

      Yes, you are right. You can easily find managerial posts occupied by very young executives, if he/ she has graduated from a highly reputed institution, with an impressive academic record. With work comes responsibility and of course stress.
