   You will
   1.kill him
   2.throw a same cup on him
   3.complain to the manager.
   4.scold him.
   5.forgive him.

   I would most definitely forgive him. He is probably just in a hurry to keep up with his tables. I would not want any repercussions against him at all. Everyone makes mistakes.

   I'd grab some napkins and mop it up ASAP so it wouldn't burn. If it was in a crowded place and the waiter had little control over being bumped, I wouldn't get mad and take other action unless it was really severe or waiter was drunk or something.
   
   Most restaurants will have a policy to get clothing cleaned if your clothing gets stained as a result of a spill.

   My brother once had a jug of water dumped on him by accident at a restaurant.   The waiter was very apologetic about it, and the manager gave my brother a free dessert! 
   
   Everyone makes mistakes, I would just forgive them and move on.

   I wouldn't make a big deal out of it. Just do my best to clean it up and hopefully it won't leave stains. Accidents happen and they can't be avoided. No one is perfect so you shouldn't get angry and throw a fit over it.

   I waited tables while going through college, I know how hard it is. I would use my sense of funny to get through the moment, and simply clean the mess up. I would forgive him/her and try to make sure they knew it was not an issue. Mistakes happen. One other thing I would do is make sure the manager does not scold or fire them.
