With the recent anniversary of the tragic event, it's been in high debate whether or not a new investigation should be looked into and many people have lots on unanswered questions still. Do you have any? and do you support a new investigation?

I don't think the US govt orchestrated it, but I do think they took full advantage of it in the aftermath to exploit their own, unrelated agenda in the middle east.
Good points. And because the criminal destruction of crime scene evidence, I suspect our government was behind it. Iron microspheres in the 9/11 dust prove it was an inside job. And people continue to die because of it
I think they orchestrated it and used it to their advantage. Also, anyone remember the 2.3 trillion dollars missing the day before at the pentagon?
But conspiracy theories are not fair inquiries NateB11. Conspiracy theories are for the most part unsubstantiated allegations made with minimal evidence or unbiased research, and no cross examination of experts who actually know about these things.
If you know the details you should state them so someone will have the chance to challenge them. If you are not up to having your views challenged, do not tell me you know the details. No one buys that theory.
Larry why make it a challenge, I don't. And what theory? Here's a fact for you: Well built high rise buildings don't quickly collapse straight down from office fires, with one building not even hit by a plane; your own eyes should tell you the truth.
i wrote a hub the other day and in it is a video. in it u will see why the towers came down as they did. the jet fuel went down the elevator shafts then exploded, weakening the structural integrity. watch the vid. http://tlmcgaa70.hubpages.com/
How does jet fuel explode? That compromised the whole steel framework of the building? Why do more 1000 architects and engineers say it doesn't work that way. Controlled demolition does. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBCu_pvhnzQ&fea...
Sorry but almost all these points have been answered by independent security, building design and demolition experts. The twin towers were NOT controlled demolitions! Where questions need to be asked are to do with mistakes and failures - not murder
I doubt if all the bad guys got what was coming to them. True justice for the victims would have required covert operations from the US government rather than what was done. Sledgehammer tactics create more victims rather than run down bad guys.
Bravo! The EPA had the gall to say that the air was safe right after 9/11. So many have suffered because of the poison gases from the burning plastics and more. But many more are dying and suffering because of 9/11. Like our Constitution!
and i will bet not one EPA agent was down there breathing without a mask on proving just how safe that air really was.
I totally agree. We created Osama Bin Laden but at that time he was a "freedom fighter" - BS He was a terrorist that we armed and trained... and we tragically did reap what we sow.
sweetie; very true. I would say direct blame for 9/11 must lie 100% with al Qaeda, but democracies have to show morality in whom they support, as an injudicious choice of 'friends' will always come back to bite them, as has happened too often before.
Our intelligence system was not handled properly during the Clinton years. Remember the USS Cole was also captured. In the Carter years we had hostages in Iran and a long time ago, Gary Power, flying a U2 plane over Russia was shot down as a US spy.
i dont know enough to say yay or nay to any conspiracy...but if george was behind it i can promise you he wasnt alone.
Bush was the puppet he didn't control anything that happened in his presidency - he was an idiot. Everyone thinks it's always the president that controls things - not so.
the targets were the towers, the pentagon and the white house. very key points meant to cripple this nation.
I agree Larry. Sadly tho', the fact that absolute unarguable proof is almost impossible to achieve in these cases means that conspiracy theorists will continue to cling to their beliefs even if the hard evidence doesn't substantiate those beliefs.
it does not have to be a conspiracy for those to still be the targets. any serious enemy would know where our weak spots are and aim at them. that is what is called strategy. you cripple your enemy as quickly and suddenly as you can, u get the advant
I'm sorry you find it offensive that people question. I find it offensive that all these people died for no good reason and we'll never have all the answers.
Greensleeves, I agree with you totally! Not only do I find conspiracy theories of this nature offensive, but the cynicism behind them, incredibly sad.
It is cynical to accept things as they are and to accept what is told to you without questioning it. A problem will persist if not investigated and understood.
ChristinS; of course there is nothing offensive in asking questions. But it is offensive to cast aspersions against dedicated officials, investigators, emergency services etc based on no real evidence as some do. Put yourself in their position.
KatyWhoWaited: Even if some conspiracy theory is proved, those people will have still died for no good reason and I do not think you are going to feel any better about it. They died as Americans in an act of aggression, like so many others.
NateB; 9/11 has been investigated and is largely understood, but the more extreme conspiracy theorists choose not to accept the genuine evidence re-terrorists, prefering to adhere to cynical unsubstantiated beliefs about government involvement.
Greensleeves, there are questions not even asked in the investigation and many things not answered; evidence was picked up, shipped away and re-cycled. It was an inadequate investigation, and questionable in many ways. So, 9/11 not understood.
