actually... something like 90% of the world's population has access to television... in remote places they use bicycle-units to generate electricity to watch TV as a village and not as individuals... the rest... a good response!
To a degree... Ecologically speaking... the difference between a third world nation has a lot to do with infant mortality death rates and birthrates, distribution of wealth, and education of the masses.... so we are kind of the same... yet not quite
