The policies of the Obama administration are overwhelmingly "pro-Green", and I love seeing Yule and Xmas trees as much as the next person. But I have to wonder why the First Family and White House staff haven't caught on to the idea of using live trees (which can be transplanted later) for the holiday decorations? It does seem perhaps contrary to the administration's alleged pro-Green convictions. What do you think?

On second thought that would set a good example for the nation of practicing what you preach. Trees are the breath of life on this planet.
