What are your top 3 reasons that you voted for President Obama? What do you expect to gain from his second term?
sort by best latest
I like that you brought up the don't ask don't tell...that he is letting gay servicemembers serve openly...that is a big one that he did. Bin Laden is another. I have more incommon with him too, I like he was raised by a single mom and he i pres
"Don't ask, don't tell" was the best thing that could have happened for gays in the military. When I was in the Marine Corps, we had ways of dealing with gays who were a little too open about it.
LOL love the because he isn't Mormon thought I didn't mind, just that I didn't like it shaped every stance he took when he wasn't flip flopping like a pancake
Short and sweet - love it.
Based on number 3, you're probably collecting some form of welfare. Get a job. If you really did vote for him for the other two reasons, you're as stupid as your reasons.
While I don't think socialism is the best way to go, it is viable; for many decades Europe out performed the US. However, it is clear that ol' Bernie doesn't have a clue as to what he is talking about, but it is good for a few chuckles.
Kinda rude way to express that...
My hope is you exercised your right to vote. So you don't like Big Bird either, huh?
Okay, 3 more reasons:
1. He represents the destabilization and destruction of the American way of life.
2. He has far to many paralels in his background with Adolf Hitler.
3. He epitomizes what is worst about the entitlement mentality.
Now that you said all of that, we are waiting for your response to the question.
That is the response to your question. Given this is the not the first time you have replied grouchily to one you dislike, may I take it you would rather see only answers agreeable to your own views?
This wasn't my question. But, I welcome a different perspective. It keeps me thinking, open-minded, and keeps me laughing a lot of times.
You don't get it. Try hard here: there really are POVs out there essentially different from your own, and not according to the Law of the Three I's. I did vote for him, for ... well, the first of those reasons, not so much the latter ones.
I got it Attikos from your first answer. I just said I welcome diverse answers. Peace and Love. I voted for Obama. Take a breath, you sound like you're getting.a headache.
Aaaaaaah, and it begins. :)
He embraces diversity is so important! I love that you brought that up! I was sickened when I read about the politicians involved in Romney's campaign that were upset that white people are no longer the majority! Thank god we aren't!!!!
I know abbykorinnelee. I am still seeing celebrities, media personnel etc. bring up the race issue. My thing is move on, he's re-elected , now we need to support him and turn this country around.
