   She is a school staffer who talked a 20 year old shooter into surrendering and not killing anyone, in a suburb of Atlanta, GA.

      I agree with you Shyron.  She is a hero!  The word "hero" is used to describe the most unworthy of that word so often, but in her case, she deserves the title. She probably saved not only countless children, but the shooter as well.

      Great answer Shyron. I just watched her interview on CNN a few minutes ago. She is a really brave lady. She should get a reward or medal for what she did.

      Shyron said it all. Tears rolled down my face and my husband's as we listened to the extended 911 call.  Her compassion coupled with her courage make her a true hero.  She was wonderful on Anderson Cooper. Truly - grace under fire. Can't say enough.
