Do you believe that people have the right to force others to perform services or use their skills for them without paying, as in the right to healthcare?

I love your statement, "I sincerely hope that those who are not in favor of giving a helping hand never need one themselves". So true and profound! Even the rich, given chronic severe illness, will need a helping hand eventually, sadly.
There is a huge difference between giving a helping hand or charity and being forced by law to service someone.
Like I said, if I don't pay my doctor, she doesn't have to see me.

The Obama's don't want this video to be seen in 2012
I answered the basic question, politics aside. I believe Pres. Obama is a good president, representing all people as best he can with a fractioned congress. He's no more/less perfect than anyone, he just has the toughest job with impossible standards
Presidents can affect and veto laws (Constitution Sec. 2, Art. 7) unless refuted by greater than 2/3rds of each house of Congress: Congress is biased whereas the Pres. was elected by all citizens' electorates to represent all. Can't enforce laws, tho
What does this have to do with anything. The President cannot alter the constitution and make healthcare a right. Nor can any President arbitrarily ratify the constitution, or pass a law which usurp's the constitution.
I was simply commenting on your last statement, "Congress makes law and Presidents enforces law. AMEN", not your entire post. (Sorry, very limited space to comment effectively.) You are correct--the constitution is silent on healthcare, either way.
Not my comment. FYI Article 2 only has 4 sections. I believe you mean Article 1 Section 7. Which clearly states that no bill become law without having first passed both houses of congress. The 2/3 rd's vote is to bypass Presidential approval.
You are correct, my mistakes on all counts: Art. 1, Sec. 7!, And the quote was from Jon Ewall, not you, LandmarkWealth. I seem to be especially stupid today, sorry (Benedryl for allergies is my only "excuse"). I'll shut up until it wears off. :-)
I stick with the Flonase. Benadryl sucks
