Totally agree, many people are waking up to this fact. The writing is on the wall.
Why haven't the they come up with a counter offer of health cars? Just wondering. Greg
Actually the Obamacare bill was written in complete secrecy by the man who claimed it would be done in full public view on cspan.
It is filled with loopholes and flaws, but it is being used by Obama to shutdown the gov instead of fixing the flaws.
But where is a counter offer. I'm not backing Obamacare, I just think the best way to settle this is with a better plan. We DO need a change in medical care, so why not make a better offer. My opinion, Greg.
gregas, they have no plan, they liked it like was. Lots of profit and scr*w the rest of us.
There were several...This is just an outline of one from the house. Just because you disagree with them, stop pretending they haven't presented multiple ideas. http://www.scribd.com/doc/169148535/The-American-H...
Are you sure that there's enough substance in the Republican claim that Obamacare would 'eventually socioeconomically devastate the American economy'? What are their main points, I should like to know.
I'd love to answer that one, but there isn't enough space to type. But I would point to the fact that healthcare had NO cost problems, and more availability before the gov't became a market participant in the mid 1960's.
I don't agree with you. I think Democrats should not be blamed for the shutdown. Obamacare is meant to do good to the Americans. Republicans were wrong to oppose it.
It may have been meant to do good but it was concocted in secrecy after claims that it would be done in public view and the bill is full of endless problems and loopholes for Obama's special interest friends. No bill should be passed with many flaws
Another poll says that 60% of the respondents want to see everyone from both parties given the boot, including Obama.
The problem is that there is another poll every 15 minutes, each going in the direction desired by who ever is doing the polls.
The Wall Street Journal skewed the poll to make the GOP look bad?
A more telling poll was published the other day that 60% of all Americans want to toss the whole lot to the curb President, Senate and Congress and start over. This is the highest # in history, this poll I believe.
There's no doubt that the US debts burden is going to grow unmanageable. But I think it has nothing to do with the 'greed of Wall Street' or anything like the 'Ponzi scheme'. I am going to publish a hub soon on the shutdown and what caused it.
I don't like the hidden stuff either. I read a lot of it and it has nothing to do with the medical end of the bill. But, the other side, what ever you want to call them, have NOTHING to offer. Go figure. Greg
Your last sentance says it all Silvia. Greg
