Why did our military get sent to help with Ebola?

That makes no sense to me. I have heard different tales like they won't come in contact with the disease; and they will be building a hospital and funeral home. Why would you send military to do that? Why not send construction workers?

That is a horrible scenario; but I just have this horrible feeling the president is not going to leave any more peaceably than he has governed. It really is scary what is to come I know however it plays out it won't be pretty.

Maybe even if it wasn't fiction Phyllis. Those of us who have read prophecy have a pretty good idea what's on the way. Between ISIS and Ebola how can it possibly get better?

Not me; they should have sent them to our border and finally seal it off!

There are no plans to bring soldiers back to the US once they are infected, but if you are an infected Liberian you can take some Tylenol to drop your temp and fly here to eventually infect nurses and receive treatment denied to America's soldiers.

Something is certainly wrong but why can't the Republicans or anyone straighten this man up acting like a czar?

I like your optimism. Is the detachment from the 101st an engineer regiment? Why not the Navy Seabees, they are among the finest engineers in the American military - making them the finest in the world.
