I am a very positive person but I think no changes will come.
The policy in general seems to be not to deal with them for money...or for other means that would seem to be 'giving in' to them.
So I see no change on the horizon.
the only change would be for those who consider going there, NOT to go. Precious Kayla was so moved by her conviction that she must go and make a difference that she went. Perhaps she would have gone even if she knew what would ultimately happen. She felt so strongly that this was her calling...to reach out. I recently viewed an interview with her parents on CBS and they spoke of what a remarkable young woman she was.
Perhaps her life will serve as a testimony to the strength of character that our beliefs display.
