They are a concern when they deal with public matters and are used for public business. When that happens, they are no longer a private matter and have to be open records for the public.

She was using her private e-mail for the purposes of public business. When that is done, it's no longer just her business, but the public's. This is true of governors and city councils. You can't make that argument as a public official.
They are not her emails they are the governments or technically; ours. But we all know she can't get enough millions or pull enough crimes to suit her and I hope she gets what she deserves this time. I think Obama would throw her under the bus quick
