Does one have the right to changer his or her gender?

Most definitely, God determines what gender you will be. Even if you are an atheist, you have to admit that something made you a man or a woman, with male or female parts. Is it up to you to decide you can be whatever you want to be? Is society always correct?

I love this answer. This is what *I* consider to be a really good Christian attitude - and it includes love regardless of 'sin' along with TRUST in God. This should be a 'normal' Christian response; but as it stands so alone - it is brilliant. Thanks

"As an atheist, I think all we have is this life." So that is what you "think", but you must admit it is not necessarily the truth.

So have you "thought" about, what if what you "think" is not (as a matter of fact it IS NOT) the truth?

gender is every kind of "construct". Not just social, biological, emotional, spiritual, psychological....and etc... and the fact that u say it is a social construct, means that people define ur gender and not just U. So even if u change, ur still U.

I don't understand the birth defect ploy. Why would anyone think a birth defect means they were born with the wrong genitals when I would think the obvious explanation,if you want to go down the defect road, would be a defect in the brain.

Then look at other religions. All transgenders attack the people who believe in Christianity. Why not look at every other religion in the world. Does any of them give transgenders the right to change their bodies or be gay? Most certainly not.
