The fact that you have two sides of an issue guarantees one side is never going to be "happy" with a decision.
Therefore it's always going to be a "bad decision".
Unless one agrees!
The more jurists that agree on a decision the better is the decision.5-4 decisions are usually bad. The true test of a decision is does it resolve the issues before the court.
