What has the federal and state governments done for keeping the supply of resources for the people?


For the last several decades plus CA has tried to make us believe that we should conserve our resources, like water, gasoline and energy. Well, conservation doesn't work with an ever increasing population. In the last 30 yrs the population of CA has doubled to over 38 million people. Conservation just means that everybody gets a smaller piece, or a smaller piece as the population grows. So they didn't invest in capturing more water from the rain and the snow, and most of the water from the rain that goes into the concrete rivers goes into the ocean. No new dams, no new capture methods,

    Well said, and it is so true. There is a major 241 TOLL Road that has never been finished in San Onefore It was started in the 90s and now there is little hope it will ever be finished. It could ease congestion on the I5 to San Diego
