   No, the law doesn't apply to Hillary - only the rest of us.  I would be shocked if she was indicted. Too much power and money for that to ever happen.

      How will our justice system survive? Where is equal justice under the law? Who can ever be charged with the same crime? It is bigger than one person regardless who she is.

      Why is the FBI conducting investigation and assigning over 100 agents on this if nothing is to come of this? The IRS scandal does give me pause. How destruction of public records is not considered a crime under this DOJ?

   Jack.....It appears Hillary herself made the answer to your question QUITE CLEAR when she responded to a question from a reporter.  He asked this same question of her in a public forum.
   She responded immediately in her own SMUG manner by fluffing him off as a nuisance.....and saying, "That's NOT going to happen, so I'm not responding to your question." Utterly ignore him & his question & moved on.
   Is that clear enough to us?

      It is not up to her to decide what is legal or what is top secret? The same reason why she cannot delete 30,000 emails and expect the American public to trust her they were only personal.

   Do you think the Democrat cabal with Obama as leader is going to risk that scandal on their lead candidate, actually the only candidate they have who can win (so it appears).
   
   Obama could care less if the entire FBI resigned in protest, he probably would like to replace them all.
   
   Can't prove it but knowing how the Clintons operate, they have plenty on Obama, his administration, and all the secrets kept in Washington DC. they don't want leaked out and has to play ball with them or else. Obama didn't want Hiliary in his administration as VP or Secretary of State. How do you think she managed that appointment? Can't prove it but you can bet your life they had him over a barrel and still do. I normally don't listen to infowars however this is a telling video.

   This will be just another Clinton issue where the Clintons are targeted but they can't be hit. That is just history and facts.
   Mrs. Clinton said, "It won't happen".
   Whatever the FBI does, it should be done soon, if not immediately. It has been years in the investigating, and they should end it one way or another.

   The answer is no, the election will not be impacted even though Hillary should have been disqualified as a candidate.  Now that the person who installed and maintained her server has been granted immunity for his testimony it may get really interesting.
   
   It was reported that in addition to the classified emails there were emails sent while she was Secretary of State to Corporations that could be very damaging.
   
   But we all need to keep in mind that Obama owns the Justice Department and they will not do a thing without his approval.

      Obama would love for the head of the FBI to turn in his resignation, then he could put a puppet in there, look out Tea Party and conservatives, FBI will be at your door while the DOJ is putting climate change deniers in jail,perfect storm.
