Despite the recent gallup poll that claim President Obama with over 50% approval rating, I would give him an F for failure. He has failed to united the nation as his campaign promise, he has failed us economically with an annual GDP of less than 2%, he has failed internationally as our friends and allies don't trust us any more, and mostly he has failed to uphold and defend the Constitution as he has pledged in his oath. IMHO, history will not be kind to our first Black President, not because of the color of his skin but because of his policies and executive actions.

President Obama's legacy (if graded impartially) will be:

    1. His use of executive orders rather than negotiating legislation through Congress.  I don't want to hear excuses about an obstinate House.  Although he has issued less exec orders than other Presidents, he could have gotten leg packages through both the Senate and House if the administration was willing to get its hands dirty.  It's a give and take.  Remember why Rahm Emanuel was made chief of staff?  To be the "bridge" to Congress.  That didn't happen. Reagan did it. Clinton did it (and he was far more disliked than Obama) and W as well.

    2. Transparency - The Administration has been absolutely brutal on FOIA requests and whistle-blowers. Only now are the media calling him out. They should have done it 6 years ago.
