If a judge forces a convicted individual to interact in the religion of the judge's preference, do you think it violates the convicted person's rights? What about forcing sex offenders or murderers to attend church or therapy or treatment offered by a religious organization? What if it is not your religion?

Of course, the ACLU will investigate this case as it should. No one should force religion on anyone. This is an egregious act..
