In Mexico you are required to build a wall around your property in order to secure you property rights to that land. This is not opinion, this is fact under the Napoleonic Code that Mexico uses for property rights. Sure modern folks grant "easements by use" but it effects the property value. Ask anyone with a Century 21 Mex license. It comes from the notion of an Ejido. Mexico as a nation is in violation of it's own constitution for not having a wall on it's border. Just like we are in violation of the 2006 Secure Fence Act. The "wall" is required by law of both countries.
