   Global Warming became the most hot issue in entire the world. The effect of Global Warming is very dangerous for the environment. But, there are still a lot of people who think about the global warming as just the issue and it is never make an effect to our Earth in the future. Though, there are a lot of signs from the nature that arise as the bad effect of Global warming.
   
   
   The increasing sea levels has been occured in many areas in this world.  This increase happened because of the melting of the ice in the north polar.

   Global warming isn't the threat... global warming isn't anything we can control.
   
   Global warming trends have been going on forever.  A little research will prove this to anyone interested in finding out the truth of the matter.

   The REAL threat to all of us, is Global Pollution, plastic toxicity in our oceans which is absorbed into the food chain,  the Global Radiation Poisoning created by Chernobyl, Fukushima Daiichi, and the disposal of radiological waste worldwide; we have real, terminal issues we are facing... Global Warming isn't it.

      I second your views. I am begining to feel that its being used as a decoy to divert attention from more pressing issues. Fukushima has been leaking constantly. The radioactive dumps are increasing by the minute and then we have population issues.

   Actually, the official name these days is climate change. Although the world is warming up, many lay people don't understand its effect on the ecosystem and mistakenly confuse weather with climate.
   Anyway, climate change/global warming is a major problem and its effects are becoming more noticeable. More violent storms, longer droughts, etc... Even the North Pole is not safe. 
   The controversy behind it (or at least in the eyes of the deniers) is whether the warming is being caused by nature or through human activity (such as the release of carbon emissions from anything burning fossil fuels - also part of the greenhouse gas that's been mentioned for years).
   Although the sun is expanding, the warming it's causing is minuscule, at best. Numerous studies and models (especially computer simulated) have been showing -- even predicting -- that climate change is happening. These changes can be catastrophic in numerous ways. Unfortunately, there's an active group of deniers that are throwing tons and tons of money to dissuade the public that it's a hoax. Also, there are some that are trying to say (very incorrectly) that there's going to be a mini-ice age in the near future due to a lower-than-normal output from the sun.
   Either way, be careful what people tell you. Always seek peer-reviewed  science journals on the matter and stay away from studies or cherry-picked stats that give distorted views of what is really going on.

      Spoken like someone who truly believes he has all the answers on the subject, and anyone who doesn't agree with him is intolerably incorrect.  Please explain the world's past climate changes which were more severe than what we are seeing today.

      Thanks for letting me know, I'll check them out.
      Still it doesn't change the fact that the earth has been going through these cycles, like you or I breathe, fairly consistently, and there is no evidence at all that OUR carbon is the cause this time.
