What is your definition of "Politics"? Pres Trump has made a new paradigm for US politics. He unlike the 44 pres and 114 congresses before him has put the people as the priority.

old political paradigm was party before country & its people. Trump's new paradigm put the country & people ahead of party. That is the reason the old nested sb retired dems & republicans are threatened by him.

What have these nested pro politicians done for the country & the people? Use 2008 as their epithet following their total failure to protect the country and its people on 911.

So to answer. MSNBC and its peer MSM orgs PLAY Politics. The 9th Circuit Court has always Played Politics southpaw, or more like lib paw.

Unfortunately, neither of these 2 are in politics, so they can only "Play" politics.

MSNBC cloaks itself along with the rest of MSM as a "News" org. But, the "News" died when Cable TV News was born. News, real news doesn't infuse an editorial into it. News is What, Where, When and Who. Additionally, News also verifies these purported reports as verified and factual.

Do you see that in MSNBC or any MSM? NO!

Fed courts including the SCOTUS are supposed to interpret the constitution and not color it with politics. Unfortunately, the 9th circuit like the West Coast States are liberal and democrat based ideologies.

Even SCOTUS is political, look at SC justice Ginsberg for a start.

When these fed courts make political infused decisions, they are "Playing" Politician, and not Jurist.

Of the 3 mentioned in your question, only Pres Trump is eligible to play in Politics. And when he plays in politics, it becomes the actions of the Exec Branch of the US Govt.

Power of the Exe Branch is vested in the Pres of the US, who also acts as head of state & Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. The Pres is responsible for implementing & enforcing the laws written by Congress, to that end, appoints the heads of federal agencies, including the Cabinet.
The Cabinet & independent fed agencies are responsible for the day-to-day enforcement &admin of fed laws. These dept & agencies have missions & responsibilities as widely divergent as those of the Dept of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency, the SS Admin and the SEC.
The Pres is both the head of state and head of US govt, & Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.

Under Art II of the Constitution, the Pres is responsible for execution &enforcement of laws created by congress.

    MSNBC-Not Fed Ct-Not

I know what Politics have become, Trump is President, because of it! Agree with you. I can't take MSNBC long enough to rate, I know they're major 'Players'.
The best at it, making them dangerous...the 9th Circuit Court, playing Politics with lives!
