Was Trump's Travel (Muslim) Ban Actually Illegal?
Courts have been striking down the executive order, but one major question came to mind. Do non-citizens have rights under the Constitution? Does freedom of religion apply to them?
It is legal. Foreigners don't have a right to demand entry to the US. That is why we have immigration laws. It was a temporary ban for national security.
In CA, they treat illegal aliens as de facto US citizens, free education, free medical, free schooling, and driver licenses.
of course it does. step foot here, you live by constitution. we, as a country, do not ban people based on religion.no matter where you come from, no matter how long you stay. one second on this soil guarentees those principles, because that is who we are.

In just Pennsylvania and Texas thousands of non-US citizens have been registered to vote. I wonder what the numbers would be if the 48 other states performed the same type of voter purges? I've seen it in California. When people tried to do something about it, they were...

How do you feel about the new NFL ruling requiring players on the field to stand during the playing of the national anthem. This ruling was not brought about by any government influence. It occurred because of economic pressure placed on the NFL by the fans of the NFL. These are...

I may be a bit naive on this topic, but I believe that my vote should count. I understand the history and all, but I still think one's vote should count, and the candidate who receives the most votes should win. What are your thoughts. Please help me to understand why the...
