Do you think it is time for the United States to put on secondary sanctions against North Korea?


That is, should Chinese banks that finance all the stuff they send to North Korea be cut off from the west? It would probably only take one big bank. What do you think?

    It's already been done. Some folks point to this as the reason China interceded in the negotiations for the Iran deal.
