Her biggest backer would be Satan. Oprah Winfrey, a black woman who became one of the richest individuals in the world by preaching to women and blacks that they are the perpetual victims of the world. One of the worst promoters of Occult mumbo-jumbo is Oprah Winfrey. When Oprah’s TV show was running she might have been the most influential woman in America, surely for other women she was, with tens of millions of women tuning in to hang on her every word. In one poll, 33% of American females said Oprah had more impact on their religious/spiritual worldview than any priest or pastor.
One of the books that Oprah helped sell millions of copies of is A Course in Miracles by Atheist Psychologist Helen Schucman, professor of medical psychology at Columbia University. It may as well be called The Satanic Bible—although there is already one of those. Ms. Schucman says the book was dictated to her by a spiritual being she calls “the entity.” In some interviews she has preposterously claimed the entity was Christ Jesus, writing through her to correct errors in the Bible; I say preposterously because the entity attacks everything written in the Bible and flat out denies the atonement of Christ on the Cross. It is obvious that the entity hates Christianity and all it has stood for, in particular it assures us that there will not be any Last Judgment or any judgment at all. The one thing God will never be is judgmental, in this demonic doctrine, sin does not exist and there is no need for any person to be forgiven of anything. Christ is not necessary in this view, and not even extra special: “The Name of Jesus Christ is but a symbol used as a replacement for the many names of all the gods to which you pray. … God would never decide against you, or He would be deciding against Himself. Forgiveness does not pardon sins. There is no sin. All guilt is solely the invention of your mind.”
In that book and all of Oprah’s views what we find is ancient Pantheism: All that is exists is God and if there were no Universe there would be no God because the Universe is what he is. According to Oprah’s buddy Eckhart Tolle, when Jesus said, “I am the Way, and the Truth and the Life,” What He really meant was YOU are the way and the truth and the life. What is God? Eckhart says YOU are. And that means everybody, even Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin and Charles Manson. Oprah’s other friend Rhonda Byrne clarifies it for us: YOU are God; YOU are eternal life; YOU are all wisdom; YOU are
