Increasing numbers of players seem to be raising fists since 9/24/17. 'Von Miller on why he kneeled for anthem: "We felt like President Trump's speech was an assault on our most cherished right, freedom of speech." - Tom Pelissero (@TomPelissero)' Sept. 24, 2017.

That was said about Martin Luther KING Jr. & they were WRONG ~ With his Persistant Protests he was able 2 FOSTER Change ~ OUR Deranged "Jackass in Chief" is good at 1 thing ONLY, Destroying the USA & Trump has turned this into a "TinderBOX"
It is awesome. Despite really dropping numbers it seems the drop in ratings and viewing may have dropped another 10% just today. Wow. Advertising revenues are said to drop nearly 30%. It is awesome to see. Money will stop this. So cool!
Alternative Prime: You're comparing one of the greatest leaders of all times to a bunch of football players who have chosen to protest by using our traditions to push their agendas? Really??
I never would have expected this though I should have. Teams with thirteen or more kneeling lost. Maybe 1 exception. Teams that were expected to win but had large amounts of kneelers just plain lost. Hmm, if I were boss....
I would have agreed with you, but we just saw an impact on winning and losing causal connection to the protests. If millions of my money were effected I could get violent. Probably more so if I had any testosterone.
Ratings and viewings down another 10%. We do not even know their cause expressed. What idiots who make millions but are still stupid. Hurrah for their rights. And hurrah for our right not to watch. NFL is suffering and good for them.
Thanks for that thought Eric, because it reminds me that if the NFL becomes defunct, then we may have an end to the pro-football CTE head trauma and the violence that THAT causes. A good side effect.
And thanks, Beth.

I think that is a very valid question. Maybe we should ask Berekely? Why when someone was peacefully exercising their right to free speech did they riot? Good point.
I am addressing the poster's question. I thought we were talking about the NFL.
Yes Scott. Will the kneeling incite violence is part of the question. To answer we look at other peaceful scenarios. And yes peaceful protest can result in unwanted violence.
