I have been accused, from time to time, to being much to wordy. So I will try to keep this short and brief.
There is a saying which describes the 'war' on drugs. The war on drugs is controlled by "The Golden Rule", that is he who has the gold Rules.
*Dealers and producers spend tremendous amounts of gold to expand their networks and equal amounts of gold to protect the gold generation systems they have put into place.
*The US justice department has access to unlimited amounts of gold to stop illicit sales and remand dealers to custody of the justice system. Not really effective however.
*And so it goes. Gold holders invest their gold in the war on drugs depending on how much gold they have and what side of the war they support.
*Beoming a participant in the war is not that hard. On one side, a few seeds, good weather, availability of water, and a remote location enables just about anyone to become a supplier(creating the gold). On the other side, claiming to be opposed to drugs, creating a well written plan that conforms to specific 'grant application' rules and the results can give you access to taxpayer funding(gold) for you to spend as you see fit to'fight' the war.
