The SIGG bottle recall of 2008
SIGG did have a recall in 2008. Any bottles made before August 2008 were recalled because the liner did have some traces of BPA. However, since that point, SIGG has made good on all of their old bottles, and rid their bottles of any remnants of BPA. If you purchased a bottle before the recall of '08, you can mail the bottle back to the company for a new one.
