Click to Give Websites

Updated on August 23, 2017

Click to Give Free Donations

The term click to give was given to a form of fund-raising that allows people to give free donations to needy charities simply by clicking a few buttons on their mouse.

Whether you want to support research to cure cancer, help animals, the environment, your fellow humans or all of the above, there are click donate websites that you can visit daily to help to make a difference in other peoples lives.

With 65 click to give charities that you can give your click donations to, there is a charity here for everyone. It is fast, it is simple and best of all, it is free.

The websites listed on this page in some form or another make donations to charities simply by having you click on a link. This is called a click donation.

The webmaster sets up a link and when you click on it, part (or all in some cases) of the advertisement revenue of the "thank you" page goes to support their chosen charity(s).

A few different free click donation websites have you answer simple question with multiple choice answers. They are very simple questions only put in place to ensure that you actually are human, and not just some bot. They are actually quite fun and innovative.

While giving free donations in this manner definitely is not a new idea, I have found that once these portals have been built, they seem to be forgotten and never updated.

Please note that none of these web sites require ANY registration at all. You simply visit the website and click on their donation link. The only cost to you is the time you give clicking on those links.

Click Donate To Help Charites For Free

In almost every case the actual time to make a click donation is less than 10 seconds. Like I mentioned earlier, some of these sites require you to prove that you are human, but that just makes sense in order to prevent bots from ruining it for everyone. The extra step only takes an additional five seconds.

What is five seconds compared to feeding a hungry child or helping to cure cancer?

I invite you to come back and give a free donation often. I will be adding new sites as I come across them.

If you have any sites that you would like to suggest for this lens, there is a section at the bottom for submissions. Thank-you for visiting and please feel free to bookmark this page so you can easily come back to give your free donations.

When you click on the donation links, please allow enough time for the "thank-you" pages to fully load or the free donations may not be counted.

The Breast Cancer Site

Featured click to donate website

The Breast Cancer Site is one of my favorite click to give websites to visit. Every time you click on their donation link, you are helping to provide free mammograms to women with low incomes who are in need of this service.

On top of their click to donate program, you can help even more by signing petitions to stop funds from being cut from medical programs, sending e-card challenges to your friends, or shopping from the Breast Cancer Site store. When you make purchases from the breast cancer site store, there is a charity royalty payment of 5-30% on every item purchased.

Up to date with the latest breast cancer facts and statistics, the Breast Cancer Site is one of best places to make free click donations to help beat breast cancer once and for all.

Visit The Breast Cancer Site to help give the gift of life for free.

Click to Donate to Help Fight Cancer! - click to give funds to cancer related charities

These are by far my favorite sites to visit and give my time to. Cancer is a battle that we must win. With just a few clicks each day, you can help to fund charities that support cancer research, supply mammograms, and spread general awareness about cancer.

Click to Donate to Fight Hunger - click to give free food to starving people

Hunger is an epidemic that effects millions of people worldwide. The following

click to give sites offer their donations to charities that help fight hunger. Hunger is a plague that nobody should have to suffer.

Help end the suffering by visiting these websites and clicking on their donation link. Thank you very much for you time and for your free donation.

Search Based Charity Donations

The web sites under this heading are able to donate to charities by having you perform web searches. Just like Google, type something into the search bar and watch your free donation counter roll.

Foreign Click to Donate Charities - Please click to give

I have decided to add these sites in their own separate section because they are not in English, but please do not let that prevent you from giving a free donation. They support worthwhile charities and need your free click donations just as much as the ones at home.

What is a Click Donation?

In 1999, a brand new website called the Hunger Site introduced an innovative form of fundraising which made it possible for users of The Hunger Site to help make charitable contributions by doing nothing more than clicking a few buttons on their mouse. Making these free "click donations" to charities is still an effective form of fund raising today.

You can find countless similar website which have used exactly the same fundraising tactics, however not a single website has survived for as long as The Hunger Site. Whether you prefer to support cancer research, help animals, or help other humans, you will find there's a click to give charity website which you can give free donations to, simply by clicking a button.

It is fast, it is effortless and even better it's free.

A great number of these non profit organizations work in a similar manner. The webmaster places a link on their site, and when clicking on that link, you are redirected to a "thank-you" page. On that page, several sponsors are shown in the form of banner advertising. Those sponsors are the ones who actually make the donation, not the website owner.

Many of the free click-donate sites fall under one of the four main themes: the environment, poverty, health-related and wildlife. These charity sites are usually aimed at one particular cause. The donations generally only total a couple of pennies each click, so the goal is to get a large number of users on a daily basis to click on that free donation link.

An issue that free click donation websites face in trying to find these a huge number of visitors is that although it does not cost any actual money to make a free donation, it can take a bit of time. Nobody wants to spend an hour typing in addresses, nor will they want to bookmark fifty websites. What is the solution? A charity click-donate directory of course.

There are various websites that have gathered these charity sites in one place and built a directory. It is a great idea, however once they are created these free donation directories appear to be forgotten and are not updated. After users discover a few dead links, it will be unlikely that they're going to return. Such sites should be constantly updated as charity click-donate sites appear and disappear just like the wind.

On many of these click donation websites you will see that they want you to visit their sponsor's website. Why? Because when you visit the sponsor website, the charity website gets paid for advertising. The donation is made when you clicked on the donation link because the sponsor has agreed to donate just for having their banner displayed on the "thank-you" page. Just do not feel as if you "have to" check out the sponsor site to have the free donation counted. After all, let's be truthful. The webmasters of those websites want to make money too.

It does not get any better than making free donations to those worthy causes. The only thing you are giving is the time it takes to click on a few links.

Many thanks for taking the time to read through this article and I hope you have found it to be informative. Help create funding for charities without cost today by making click donations.

So what are you waiting for? Click here for a list of click to give websites

Thank you for taking time to click donate today. Please feel free to leave any questions or comments you may have about this lens. Your daily click donations have helped many people. I hope to see you again. Have a nice day.

I recently found out about Voucherry and signed up to see whatâs all about. First, I had to complete the sign up form and choose my favorite cause. Now, at each purchase Iâm making on Voucherry or from their partner stores, my favorite cause is getting a donation. I invited my family and friends too, because they support the same cause and for each of their purchase, a donation is made to the cause too. Now, I know that there are cash involved, but for daily, usual shopping that we do anyway. Seems that these days is very simple to do good.

This is so great that you put all these sites in one place. I go to everyday. You have to register but I don't mind because I can look at my account and see exactly how much I've 'donated' to each cause. It's nice to be able to see my own personal impact. Anyway, great lens.

@SacredCynWear: Thank you SacredCynWear for your click donate contribution. Note to any who visit this site that they will try to get you to register with them to add a "bonus" donation. Registration is only required for the double donation. They will still donate the normal amount if you do not register.
