A man in a truck has driven into a crowd of innocent people in Bastille  Day celebrations . Killing at least  73 people  and injuring dozens of others   before  authorities were able to neutralize the driver .  Is this a terror another attack of  Islamic extremists  ?   Is it a lone  terrorist ?    This is  a busy  pedestrian boardwalk  loaded with people  where the truck drove over a hundred yards into  a busy crowd . The death toll is rising .

    Thoughts ?

There are fires blazing in Paris France, I don't know anymore than that right now.

The truck used to kill unarmed citizens in Nice sounds like a terrorist attack from what I have seen so for.  Those terrorists aren't lonewolves even if the media portrays them that way, they are brainwashed radicals in my honest opinion.

Police said the fire by the Eiffel Tower in Paris was an accident and has been put out.

A failed plan, with partners unable for whatever reason to meet up with the truck?  It was loaded with guns and grenades...

    Let's not guess and speculate

Leave it to people in control, on the spot, to sort it out

Rumours can start so easily and put innocent, vulnerable people in danger.

The sad thing about terrorism these days is that the terrorist does only kill others . He also kills himself. In essence this guy is saying when he chooses to end his/her life , he must end many more lives. Dealing with this kind of problem is beyond what authorities have capacity to deal with. It shows two possibilities; Extreme desperation and frustration in the order of the so-called civilized world and intensive indoctrination.

To lose the will to stay alive among the able-bodied young members of society might also mean that our society has excluded, discriminated and relegated others to the extent they become easy targets to people who should otherwise be viewed as malcontents and social misfits. That these destructive elements like ISIS find disciples in society may mean they provide answers to some questions that the present order can not provide. I strongly believe the powers that be should re look at  a lot of policies prevalent in the world.

The leftist news media is blaming the truck.
CNN, "Truck rams crowd, 84 dead in Nice"
CBC, "Children feared killed in Nice as truck attacks family event".
New York Times, "Truck Attack on French Crowd, Scores Die"

Yeah, so no real news reporting there!
Perhaps they will ban trucks and create a Nice food shortage.

Yep, I saw. It was Optimus Prime: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDTL2D2 … =VaeVictis

It's lying by omission. Regressives were already satisfied with a generic "radical" as a descriptor of Mateen's motivations. They'll be satisfied with this killer being removed from the headline altogether. They are complacent in identifying the problem honestly.

Optimus Prime converted to Islam...now I get it.

So far, I have watched that YouTube video half way through.  Initially, I was about to turn it off, thinking "this is just one fanatic, I don't need to listen."   Yet, I carried on listening.  In fact he was talking a lot of sense!  An intelligent person, multi-lingual, presenting his points of view and understandings in a clear and logical way.

What he said about "meetings," where the body of the meeting agrees upon something, yet a sub-group meets after the meeting and gradually their (perhaps biased) ideas.  They have the potential to become a thorn in the side for other members of the main meeting.   Such practices can become bad, and this is what usually happens.

He shows that it's better to bring up every point of view in the general meeting, so as not to cause the disruptive and corruptible affects of dissension (my paraphrase).

I have not continued yet with the second half of that video, will do so later.  I don't know if he then goes on to expound his religion.   Maybe, maybe not.  But I feel we need to listen with an open mind first, before seeking to condemn anything from a deeply biased point of view.

If it's blatant, fanatical religion, then I will reject it, just as if it was blatant fanatical religion from a christian point of view.   But it will not be until after I have heard what is being said and carefully considered every aspect - as best I can, from an atheistic standpoint.

(PS:  I returned to it later, but the clip has been removed.  I wonder why.  Perhaps I am naive.)

Jonny were you watching the video I posted? It's only a minute long and all it contains are headlines about the 'killer' truck from last night, with some dark satire about Optimus Prime. And it hasn't been removed on my end.

Who knows what has been accomplished behind the scenes  against terrorists around the world by this administration ;    I doubt  much .   In the forefront this administration is sucking stale wind as to announcing   or waging a war against terror worldwide !  There is no doubt  that Clintons outlook and policy is the same , she is clueless !     Newt Gengrich  said yesterday anyone in America of Muslim immigration  who believes in Sharia   Law and doesn't assimilate to America's culture   should be deported !   Trump also believes this  .
The candidate who declares war on terrorism wins the upcoming election !   Speaking of which  ,Hillary's  polls are dropping and Trumps on the rise , What does that tell you about the will of the American people ?

I'm concerned because NATO has chosen Russia as its enemy instead of ISIS.  Russia put a hurt on ISIS in 3-4 months and killed like 30% of them from what I hear.  WWIII is avoidable.

NATO is ISIS and they are at war with anyone who stands in their way of world domination. No dark empire like America in history has ever reached every part of the earth as much. World war is the only way to stop this mental illness that has plagued
        the earth too long.

To sadly say, this the only way we can return to love and Peace. Ugly and hipotized way to wake up from it and relearn lessons of love.

ISIL, ISIS , is now a  world power , like the former  Russia  which was a huge threat to the world after the Nazi's.  Terrorism is NOW  a major threat given dirty bombs , biological  weapons etc.

This is why we must focus on immigration  now ,   Muslim refugees  , securing our borders , and killing terrorist before they are a national threat .  Terror and in particular Islamic terror  together is born of a mentality more than a thousand years old .    Islam  is at war with the western worlds Christianity too.  It's stated in the Koran and practiced by terrorists everywhere .

Our major problem right now , we have a President and a presidential candidate who courts Islam  as a  believer  first-- and a incompetent second .  How do we  reconcile that  with this new war against terror  that  has been building for decades and become far  more mobile with the refugee immigration  issues CREATED by this administration ?

From a secular and statistical perspective the verdict seems to be in.  American will not survive as the leader of the world, and World War III is inevitable.  As a Spirit-filled believer I want to qualify that with one and only one possible hope...Divine intervention!  A third Great Awakening and a revived America can bring hope to the world again.

I do know the great reconciler, His Name is Jesus. I believe there are those with the anointing of Elijah who can go into the courts of heaven before the Judge and take their seats to present their case and win victories that can change destiny.

Prepare the way of the Lord.

He, is the Prince of Peace!  In that parable He was not speaking of a sword (weapon). Anyone who knows Jesus can have His peace, that surpasses all understanding.   For those who will not come to know the Lord, they will be at perpetual war with God, and with their fathers and mothers, brothers and sister who believe.  Yes, Jesus, does separate us, but He can and does reconcile us to one another in love and peace.

Are you sure you want Divine Intervention?  That has, historically, resulted in total destruction, from cities to all life on earth.

And never forget that America is on the s*** list for God.  Katrina, after all, was His work, chastising America for it's evil and now we actually have people loving each other!  God is more likely, it seems, to pop off Yellowstone (taking out the entire Northwest) or the San Andreas fault than in helping us end terrorism.  Or maybe just dropping a dinosaur killer in Kansas.

Have you read the seven visions that William Branham had in 1933?  His prophetic visions happened, all except the seventh vision.

Yes, we need a third Great Awakening, a Divine intervention of grace, mercy and blessings.

Prophecies, huh?  Here are a few for you:

There will be fire and brimstone upon the land, destroying the earth even unto the fishes of the sea! [translation: Kilauea will spew lava, destroying forests, homes, roads and everything else on it's way to the sea]

The very air we breathe will turn on mankind in the heart of America, with great destruction, and the tears of God will wash the land clean! [Tornadoes will come to "tornado alley" and bring rain]

There will be a great uprising among the people, with gnashing of teeth and a great wailing upon the land! Brother will turn against brother and mother against daughter! [Election between Trump and Clinton]

God will shake the world, destroying the towers of man and all their creations! [California will have an earthquake]

The creations of man will turn against man all over America, killing all in their path! [There will be car accidents]

Satan will spread evil even unto the hearts of men!  There will be great cheering and celebration, with the cries of the godly drowned out! [Gay marriage and love will happen, while Westboro church is shunted aside]

Maybe a lot of successful prophecy is in vagueness coupled with creative interpretation?

But again, I'm not sure at all that we need God's "grace" - I'm not particularly fond of drowning.

                    I read his predictions.
                    1.  A political prediction already pretty plain to anyone of the time.  Not surprising.

                    2.  See #1

                    3.  He forgot capitalism, which now controls the world as all the other 3 died out.  Of course, communism may make a comeback...in the future at some time.  He left the time line out.

                    4.  I also predict great technological innovations - that's a pretty easy one.  But his fancy cars haven't happened - perhaps he left that one open ended for some reason?

                    5.  People have been predicting the falling of morality for all of history.  And clothing fads come and go - some areas wear virtually nothing while others cover all but the eyes.  Wonder which culture he referred to?

                    6.  I predict the same thing - at some time in the future will be a beautiful but cruel woman come to power.  It's happened over and over and over in history so that isn't a shocker.

                    7.  He's right - Yellowstone will explode at some distant (or not distant) future time.  And bombs will happen, or you could even, with a pretty big stretch, count the towers.  Of course the open time line helps quite a bit here - someday the country WILL be hit with a large meteorite, too!

So kind of what I said, aren't they?  Vague predictions, coupled with a few political ones that were in the works already, and some creative interpretation: Presto! A successful "prophecy"!

At least you will be one of the first to be sucked into that war, so maybe we should not be worrying too much.  Go back to your Hal Lindsey.  Maybe he's your saviour.

Most Americans now think 9/11 was an inside job by evidence. The first day I saw 9/11 I knew it was all wrong. Never seen three building disappear unless it was hundreds of explosives or several bombs or a nuclear bomb in which only American have used.

Don't know much about the latest France case. I'm sure after many Muslims countries have been destroyed by American and France in coalition. There would be the odd Islamic who would go insane and attrack. Or in their sane mind allow America to step all over them like a door mat wail stealing their oil. I have no delusion of grandeur like these greedy Globalist

My envision have no contradictions like Religion dose. I'm not afraid of death like most people yet not stupid enough to hang around to kill or be killed. Zionists will lead American to fight for them over oil and drugs. Now Israel Corporatism has a fight with America and the World through UN and NATO. Meanwail the American Government and media are either scripted lying or don't know what they are doing.

For decades now the middle east and now  Europe has been the center  stage for secular terrorism .  With the recent population influx  from a tenth century, cultured  region of the world  to Europe   AND the  extreme leftist  agenda  to  bring the same Islamic  refugee's  into America  , adapting  liberals are welcoming terrorism  right in through  the front  doors of America .     While all the while  professing  a much touted humanitarianism and ending up with an unmanageable terror situation here .

Imagine what tomorrows America will be like with  a few hundred  thousand MORE  Muslims , some of which arrive   from  these same regions , having   nothing but loyalties to Sharia law , to  secular tribalism   and  a deep  seething hatred of all things America .      Bringing  on an entirely un-vetted and unvettable  population right into the  American cities ,    Watch  as certain regions of America become like France  , where there are No-Go  Zones  for police and for  intelligence authorities , who cannot begin to police a culture and population of  foreign  nationals who refuse to assimilate to our culture  but bring their own instead . I heard on the Breitbart Radio the other day that there are hundreds  of  these zones in France alone , as many as 700 and   they are also  becoming the norm in the UK.  .   My point --- Watch these  acts  of terrorism against soft  and hard  targets  transfer right into the American cities around you !  Think it cannot and will not happen  here too ?   Just keep supporting the influx of  Islamic refugee's and watch what does happen !.
