Which country is the worlds worst polluter?
i'm talking about fuel and per capita.
Probably the US. We have no regard for anything or anyone.
to numerous to mention, which countries the world worst polluters
and then again who is to blame the country or the polluters?
Two of them, USA and PR China, as countries. As metropole its Beijing. The Beijing have the most polluted air.
After I have seen India now I feel like saying they are the worst polluter. But I may be wrong.
http://hubpages.com/hub/Journey-to-India
i think the biggest polluter in the world is China, India & USA.
The logical answer is China due to population, industry growth, and lack of desire to regulate or control polluting byproducts emitted by vehicles & factories etc.
The U.S. is currently high on the list however new Laws & Regs such as reducuing carbon emissions via auto standards are and will continue to have a positive impact going forward. The Los Angeles area has realized a dramatic decrease in carbon emmissions in the past few years even as the population continues to grow significantly.
Also, the much needed and anticipated ramping up of clean environmentally friendly energy projects such as Solar & Wind in perfectly situated desert regions are finally becoming a reality and are getting us back on the right track to fullfill the nations electricity needs.
China is the worst polluter by far. The increase in industry without the environmental safeguards, has caused rampant pollution of water, air, and oceans.
I don't really know, but if I had to guess, I would probably bet on China. They have a growing economy, but few environmental regulations.
I'm not sure, but in America we have gasoline fuel cars that pollute the air. And most of us are waiting for the electric cars to become the majority.
I think the USA .As it has no regard for something or virtually anyone.
According to the New Ecologist http://www.thenewecologist.com/2009/10/ … polluters/ the worlds biggest polluter is China followed closely behind be the United States. Now, this information was accurate as of 2009, I don't know how the last two years has effected things.
right now..that position is easily taken by US...but in the future china and India will give US a stiff competition
where fuel is concerned, the U.S. uses about 7.25 gallons per person per day. the next closest countries use about .5 gallons per person per day. the difference is amazing and it sucks to put it bluntly.
wouldn't surprise me if it was the US, but i really don't think so. I would guess china
The U S A are far and a way the worst polluter per capita. The population of China is 1300 m while the U S A is 300 m.
Thus far, China has proved to be the the top contributing country in enviroment the environment. China topped the chart with its graual Contribution to the affective causes. The ambitious industrial policies of this country have turn most of mass populated cities and the rural areas to the industrial hubs. There are toxic chemical plants everywhere in China. What they are not producing? From leather to lead, from medicines to pesticides---everything are in the list. The contineous polluting elements released in the air, sea, and sorrounding destroying the ozonosphere. A recent survery have ratified this alarming development.
Saudi Arabia is using 50% more per capita than the US. A little ahead of the US is cold Canada.
Then if you skip all rich, developed economies, there is a lot of nothing and then, at 25% of the US consumption is China.
In total values per economy you have to sum up China, India, Brazil, Russia and Mexico to get the value of total fuel comsumtion of the US. That means the 300 something million Americans consume as much oil as close to 3000 million people in mentioned economies.
Looked that up in Wikipedia and crosschecked with the CIA worldfactbook. It is interesting though to go through the answers and see how overestimated China is.
i have been studying climate change lately...and i was shocked to know that AUSTRALIA is the worst polluter per capita, in the world.

Just 4 weeks after a brutal rape, it happens again. http://news.yahoo.com/6-arrested-rape-b … 24392.htmlLike some comments, I believe the U.S. needs to pressure India and other countries into harsh prison time for rapists. Afghanistan has routinely treated women unfairly and now the public...
