What is actually democracy? What is the different perspective involved when we apply it?
Is democracy the only way for a country to succeed?
No a republic is like what America is based off of.
A true democracy requires every issue to be voted on by the people. Every issue... It's unrealistic to run a country that way. It would cost to much.money to hold that many elections and nothing could ever get accomplished because deciding the issues would take too long. So a revised democracy like what America & Canada have works better.
For me democracy means you are free to do what so ever you want to do. Democracy means government by the people, for the people. When their is democracy in any country that means its government is elected by the people of that particular country. People have rights to say and do what so ever they want to do with in the limitations of constitution of that particular country.
India is the most powerful democratic country of the world.
Its all about my own opinion.
