   Fate of Third world citizens? always in Anarchy, poverty, nepotism, Non-Democratic regimes torture
   
   Present Syrian imbroglio globa attention possible US attack and after attack spike in oil prices instability in middle east picture is gloomy After WW II ,military adventurism by USA and allies under name humanity, democracy will continue.
   Third world leadership is incompetent and could not build nations and poor on governance and socio-economic development  causing social and political unrest. Plundering national wealth deposits in western banks that is job done by third world leaders even democratic.
   In Syria one regime will be replaced by another without development  agenda.

   You are lumping all third world countries together when they are all over the map as far as governments go.
   Yes there is a great deal of corruption. But there is just as much in the US and other 1st world countries.
   The biggest difference isn't the amount of corruption it is how well it is concealed.
   In a third world country you are more likely to bribe a cop for a traffic ticket or a small amount of drugs. In the US you have to have the resources to bribe higher level officials but it all works about the same.
   
   Military adventurism isn't done to better the world it is done to fill the pockets of corrupt profiteers and international multinational corporations. Halliburton, Blackwater and an endless list of others some big and some small are the ones behind the scenes creating these wars.
   NATO, the UN, the WMF, the Federal Reserve and countless other are nothing but scams to bilk the taxpayers of first world countries, especially Americans.

      I agree and and do not put all third world nations in one basket but India is populous nation and poor governance and lagging on development and inequality among Indian society  is alarming.

   Costa Rica is a third world country with a stable democratic government and a startling lack of anarchy.  They have a lively political system with many parties.  I feel this is an example of the success that can be achieved by giving all people a voice in government.  When no powerful, collective voice is suppressed, anarchy cannot be. 
   
   It is also true that Costa Rica has no enemies and no army, but a very strong police force.  Without enemies a country has the luxury of being able to concentrate on peace. 
   
   Poverty is reduced in Costa Rica because of its robust tourist industry.  Not all third world countries enjoy this advantage.  Politically speaking, the problem is not poverty itself, but the gap between the rich and poor.  When the greater portion of the population is forced to live in squalor while a privileged few live in palaces, this is a recipe for violent revolution. 
   
   Wherever there is power there is nepotism.   It is possible to put penalties in place for it, but one can always argue that the object of the nepotism is the best person for the job, and to ask leaders not to try to help those they care for is perhaps unreasonable.  Limits, though hard to enforce, can be put in place and one hopes their leaders will control themselves in the interest of the common good. 
   
   Wherever there is fear there tends to be torture.  This is a great evil, and everyone should use their voice to point out where and when it is taking place.  It has been proven over and over again that not only is torture cruel and wrong, it is ineffective as a means of getting accurate information.

   By third world country do you also imply India? Because all the ingredients that you cited poverty, nepotism, you forgot corruption India too, therefore will be part and parcel, won't it?
   Which so-called westerner democracy isn't a dictatorship? Corruption, poverty, nepotism are alive and kicking, I can guarantee you.

      Yes India is corrupt nation and  rising like cancer and regimes are defending. Our judiciary or courts have been bought ad multi party democracy could not decide any issue and single party regime also failed so this is dilemma of Indian voters.

   Not all "third world" nations are as you have described. But let me just say that a first world country, the USA is in just as bad a shape as you described. The USA ihas the largest debt in the world which is now 18 trillion dollars in debt, high unemployment, homelessness, poverty, etc. And under a president that is more of a dictator than a elected leader. Also, obama is falsley accusing the Syrian government of using chemical weapons on its citizens. Tyranny and evil regimes can be in any type of country, no matter the class.

      While I've said the same things there is still a huge difference between the 1st & 3rd worlds, I've lived in several 3rd WCs and still do.
      Whether Syria used CW is debatable but the US has no business sticking their nose into yet another country.

   Thank you guys  and your answers. It was not my intention to club all third world nations together as poor performers, situation country to country differs.
   Corruption is common and in India our government is slow on transparency and judiciary released many political leaders cum criminals and same tainted people get elected in elections. In India during election time promises and freebies have been distributed to lure poor voters , later promises never delivered. In annual budget we have always deficit and by imposing taxes they try to gain revenues.
   Affluent class of India always dominates and laws have been made to escape from economic crimes or unfair practices.
   many third world nations are doing well, but some of them are put in failed nations category, sorry i do not mention the names.Hub is a good platform to interact to know the situation in other countries.
   Inconclusive growth  should be a motto in every nation but many nations failed and grass root people stayed there as downtrodden and in penury.
   I expect global community on equal economic status.
