Angry Trump Fires Back: Here’s My Official Birth Certificate — Where’s Yours?

THE DONALD IS GETTING HOT. COME ON DONALD AND, GET-ER-DONE.

Billionaire real estate developer and rising GOP 2012 prospect Donald Trump is firing back at mainstream media reports that the birth document he provided exclusively to Newsmax on Monday was invalid.

    Donald Trump
Trump has provided Newsmax a signed, dated Certificate of Birth from the City of New York’s Department of Health.

The new birth certificate states that Trump was born in the borough of Queens on June 14, 1946. It is signed by the mayor, the acting registrar of records, and the commissioner of health.
Trump said that once he realized the document he provided Newsmax on Monday was not an official birth certificate, it only took him a couple of hours to clear up the matter and locate the official document.

“Some in the media were challenging my birth certificate,” Trump told Newsmax Tuesday morning in an email. “So I solved the problem in a couple hours: here is my official Department of Health Birth Certificate.

Trump said he is asking for Obama to make his birth certificate public, though he was not suggesting he believes the President was born outside of the country.

“Anyone can get an official birth certificate — in New York it costs you about $38. I felt obligated to take it to the next step, and get even more than the original hospital birth certificate I provided.

“It is my honor to present my official birth certificate to the public. Look, I am proud to be an American. It was very easy to do."

Trump added: “For the sake of the country the president ought to do the same, and end this unfortunate controversy once and for all,” Trump told Newsmax.

On Monday Trump said that he initially had assumed President Obama had a valid U.S. birth certificate. But on Fox & Friends he said that “facts are emerging” raising a “real question” as to whether Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve as president.

After Trump provided a “certification of birth” document to Newsmax on Monday to establish how easy it is to obtain such a document, the Politico’s Ben Smith reported that an actual birth certificate must bear the signature of the city registrar.

In an obvious gibe at Trump, and perhaps aimed at conspiracy theorists generally, Smith wrote: “Trump’s mother, it should be noted, was born in Scotland, which is not part of the United States. His plane is registered in the Bahamas, also a foreign country. This fact pattern — along with the wave of new questions surrounding what he claims is a birth certificate — raises serious doubts about his eligibility to serve as president of the United States.”

Legal sources tell Newsmax that a birth certificate is quite different from the “certification of live birth” document that the White House has provided to the media.

The former officially confirms and records a newborn child’s identity, as well of details of the birth. But the latter merely confirms that someone has reported the birth of the child.

Because the standards needed to obtain a certificate of live birth are much lower, the sources say, they are easier to obtain.

To obtain a copy of a birth certificate, the identity of the person making the request must be established beyond any doubt.

A copy of Donald Trump’s official birth certificate is below:

Well, at least Trump took care of the issue, and in swift time.  Reckin Obama doesn't know how to hit the Easy button?  Nah, he's a smart guy.  But even smart guys can't produce something that isn't there.

I think Mr. Obama has more important things to to -- like about 10 million of them -- than give any credence to these fringe birther people.
If I were Obama I'd ignore the outcry as well.
Then, at the strategic time -- say, at the Democratic National Convention -- I'd whip the puppy out and say "take that, you suckers!"

Two articles in local Hawaiian papers told of his birth within days of his birth. Those independently confirm his birth.

Oly, I am curious sir. You want to know if the guy running the country is a citizen. The Supreme Court has approved his eligibility as President. The Congress has confirmed his eligibility, legally, as President. There are 3 birth announcements in 3 different papers within 3 days of his birth in Hawaii; the governor remembers him being born, the nurse who delivered him remembers when he was born, and the state has produced what it regularly produces when asked for proof of citizenship....so, all of that being said...what would make you still so steadfast in your concern that he might not have been born a citizen? See, that is where the issue comes in. With all of that, what makes you feel that way on THIS one? Did you write the same posts about any of the previous Presidents? What is it exactly? Be honest.
The black guy? The weird name? The big ears? He is a Democrat? His dad was from Kenya? He lives in another country for a couple of years as a kid? What?

There is just one part of this puzzle that does not fit yet. Makes no difference what color a person is.

What is the big deal on the BC, that's all. Whats up with Obama.

2+2 are not adding up to 4, at least not in my book.

Have I ever questioned another President, NO. Issue never brought up.

OH, and by the way. Trump said in a interview that if he was not the Republicans choice, he was going Independent. Am I a Trump fan, ?

          Do I have a party, ?

Untill a few things get out of our way, I will keep my research going.

If you like the way things are going, fine. Have at it. I don't.

You still didn't answer the question, and offered nothing other than a ridiculous claim that "things are not adding up...in your book." Do you not see what that means? It means that you are a bigot, and nothing presented is going to calm your denial. If he presents it publicly, which he can't because that would mean he caved to an absolutely ridiculous claim and would then have to prove himself to every outlandish claim, like he is a secret lizard man...then you and your ilk would claim it was forged, faked, photoshop used. It is of no use. What I want is to call you on it, and hopefully you can stop playing behind the curtain, stand up like a man, and admit...you are a bigot. Nothing he does will make it better. You hate him. He is a scary black President and you are not comfortable having a black guy in office. Be a man and admit it. You have NOTHING to defend yourself with except a 1st grade numeric metaphor. Admit it. Don't be a little scared kid; be a man.

Well heck, that's all we need to know about Trump then. Just as long as he has a neat birth certificate, that is what's most important.

Only an idiot would continue to bash Obama's citizenship....

And I see some of the typical "who's who" of the brainless have already posted here...

I don't like Carlos Mencia's "dee dee dee" routine a whole lot...(the sound is kind've annnoying), but I can't think of a better way to verbalize the lunacy that "conservative" "birthers" continue to spew...

What do you mean by "bash"? You "bash" something or someone you strongly disagree with. This is a simple matter of fact. It is true or it is not true. There is no matter of 'opinion' involved that would necessitate 'bashing' one way or another.

Maybe you just chose the word carelessly.

What does the dictionary say concerning the meaning of this word?

    What are the context clues?

Texasbeta, Your good by putting words out here that I have not stated. I will try this one more time.

We have all seen the BC. I and many others, don't buy it.

I will make this simple for those of your stature and lets just take our own pole.

Do you beleive Obama's BC is real.

I will start this pole. My answer is, ( NO )

I think this is simple enough for you to do. Just a, (YES) or (NO).
