Those of you in the following States please take the time to participate in the selection of the delegates which will be determined at your local GOP meetings in: Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, Oklahoma, Massachusetts and Vermont.
I urge you to research the records of each of the candidates in comparison with that of Ron Paul and his history as a life-long honorable public servant, military service member, and family doctor who has ushered over 4000 lives into existence and will usher in the Platinum Era of the United States of America if the Will of the People is once again united behind the causes of Liberty and Justice. Please support the only candidate with a history of being a Champion of the Constitution and advocating the type of government our Founders fought and died for--one that promotes Free Will and self-sufficiency in its sovereign citizens instead of mass regulation and ever increasing dependence on government.
Please remember Thomas Jefferson's words when he said; "“Government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have. The course of history shows us that as a government grows, liberty decreases.”
The only candidate who has never voted to increase your taxes or expand the powers of the government beyond those enumerated within the Constitution is Dr. Ron Paul. He's the only candidate who bravely contributed to the defense of our country during wartime. Rather than decreasing the strength of our military as some have claimed he intends, he would strengthen it and us as a nation by strategically concentrating them back home where our manned defense is needed, not around the world fighting undeclared, illegal wars and maintaining bases where we are not invited to be by our official allies.
If Dr. Paul is elected to the presidency, then in the first year he would cut his own salary to less than $40,000, end five cabinet-level departments (Housing & Urban Development, Energy, Commerce, Interior, and Education) audit the Federal Reserve, and end all illegal foreign wars. He would decrease federal spending by $1 trillion in the first year and balance the entire budget by his third year. He would end the IRS and personal taxes and replace them with a flat, simple sales tax and would create a legitimate Free Market with sound currency.
Truly, folks, please research the records of these candidates and examine their policies and the real impact that they would have on the world, then be active in our electoral system. It's easy in this time to feel disenfranchised by a fraudulent and generally corrupt system, but apathy will only allow the problem to continually magnify. There are indeed ways for you to help restore your nation today. Get into contact with a Ron Paul campaign member with any question you have and to find out why Dr. Paul has a very good chance of winning and what you can do to support the effort.
Remember, "By their works ye shall know them".
Please share this with your friends.
Thank you : )
It's almost worth wishing him the presidency to see how far short he falls on all his big words.
Isn't it funny how libertarians are always telling everyone else how all politicians are corrupt and won't keep their promises but assume that their candidate will be perfect and won't turn on them as soon as they are in power.
30 years.
No contradictions.
Deal with it.
It's easy when you are just talking, a bit harder when you are doing.
We know for sure millions of people will die if Obama or Romney win. But if Ron Paul wins we know there is at least a chance that will not happen. Anybody who accepts this fact, and then votes for someone else or not at all, will be held morally responsible for those deaths. The future will gasp at how the populace could let that happen, just as we do when we look back at the holocaust. I want to be able to look my children in the eye when they ask me what I was doing when the police state took hold of the west.
If you believe Ron Paul is crazy, fine. Just don't choose evil. He's a crazy guy a lot of people believe in. Obama and Romney happen to be evil human beings. It's your choice.
But didn't Obama say that he was going to pull out of all the wars, bring troops home, close down Gitmo? And do you think he is an evil liars or up against forces stronger than himself who won't allow any of these things to happen?
The forces he is up against are evil liars....and they are lauded in America!!
Obama is a liar! Glad we agree!
Ron Paul has a 30 year track record of consistency.
No, read what I actually wrote
"And do you think he is an evil liar"
No admission there.
Whatever it is, who in their right mind would vote for Obama? You've just exposed the whole point:
He's either a liar
or...
Not a real President.
It's funny because you just got John to admit that Obama is a liar.
The Tennessee Ballot was confusing to a lot of folks today. you pick the candidate first, then it tells you to pick 14 assigned deligates.
On the Ballot, and In alphabetical order, all deligates are listed with their name and the candidate they declared for. They are Dedicated to each Candidate, and the list is very long.
I have stood today and watched the fiasco! A lot of folks, most of them, do not know any of the deligates, so they just, out of frustration and Ballot length, select 14 in a row with no knowledge of what the ballot is about or how it is laid out.
In short they, lets say for example pick Romney, then when they get to the delagate list they just select the first 14?
problem with that is if they do that, then the deligates are not the ones who dedicated to thier candidate! (the first 14 start with Ron Paul, then go in Alphabetical sequence by each Candidate's last name.) They are not at large or independent.
So for example if you pick say Santorum, then you have to be carefull to pick the deligates who declared for him, for the vote to make sense! Not just choose any 14, who may have not dedicated or declared for your Candadate.
I watched person after person screw up their ballots! Elderly especially.
There has been no explanation of the Ballots, anywhere,in the News, or by handouts or such, as to how they are laid out or anything. I wounder how much of this will be a real mess for the selection of Deligates?
Leave it to the State of Tenn!

Should Ron Paul run as an independent? This man has a huge following and nothing to loose. Should he run as an independent in the 2012 election? It may show the "parties" that other contenders are out there and capable of delivering "real change".
