Nov. 14th A day of International Protesting

Written by: Jenia Silver

On Thursday Nov. 14, 2012 The Occupy Wall Street's movement was demonstrated throughout 4 countries and over 27 majorly populated areas. This is day 425 of Occupy's presence and it has become a worldwide event. Across Europe, Spain, the Middle East and Portugal the voices of what may have accounted to millions was being broadcast by the New York chapter's web campaign center. Live from Facebook and other web site like OccupyWallST.org, videos of the protest showed the swarm of people reaching out to stand up to government oppresion. In Europe the rights of workers were being targeted as the main force in those who gathered to take to the streets.

Yesterday the protestors in Lisbon, Spain, were dressed with their faces covered in a schocking amount of quiet came from the line of Riot Police. As the rocks and fires bagan to to thrown across the line of several dozen riot gear policias, their allegance was to wait calmly, as they were out numbered. What looks like may have been the influence of the 1960's Civil Rights marches of ' Non-violence" began to argue race desegregation, soon become a fizzeled deinflational prop. The police instead refused to try the violence some US protestors have seen over the last year of demonstrations. More police observing the protesting as a coorperative influence that the public has the right to practice is justice worldwide fueling social change and a better established of any givernment anywhere.

The begin of the Middle East peace movement started in truely began in 2009 after the ground shaking of the tragic earthquake Hati had been tormenting half of the wordl. I am not sure why student in Terahn Square felt like making their voice heard over educational rights or prctices of their government but the trinkly slowly started. In August 2011 protests began around Tel Aviv and into Iseral, actually before the Occupy Wall Street movement started in the US. On August 6, 2011 over 300,000 protestors took to the streets in Iseral against the cost living, social injustice, and general lack of a way to have freedoms needed. This amount of people in this part of the world total 4% of their population. Some how the universal demand to marck, rally, and chant for reform together is taking over the world.

Unexpectedly during the day of international unity of solidarity strikes on the Gaza strip and are building worldwide attention from journalists. Occupy volunteers who post through social sites on Facebook state that the public media is not giving acurate details on the amount of attacks, the cause of attacks, and showing the truth about the victims just like the details of the world protesting. According to their sources the air strikes began on Nov. 8th, and contiued on Nov.14th with approximately 70 plus attacks riping ultimate distaer on the resident of the area. Over the night of Nov. 14th another 208 victims are killed in building burnings.

Along with this the occupy Wall Street Facebook page is being threatend to be removed from being allowed to post this and other information. Several times throughout the day and night messages were being posted that they could no longer gain access, and would try to gain access over and over again. The OWS page showed graphic sceens of live accounts of victims, and attempted to report the truth as it occured. I see it the thoose connected to the occupy movement are wanted help from the mainstream media and are not being taken seriously as having print-worthy information. That is why I have written this article to show that the stories of those protestors and the victims of Gaza are heard and known.
