A Nation of Sociopaths

Updated on February 22, 2016

Ruled by sociopaths?

Agree to disagree? Not anymore!

We are a nation of sociopaths, formerly known as a nation of laws. The rule of law is on life support, and it seems that the law only applies to certain groups of people. The political elite exempt themselves from the rule of law, and they do so because they are responsible for making the law. This allows them to change the law, when they want something at any given time. Government for and by the people, has fallen off the map as society has been thrown into a perpetual state of victimhood. The political elite, Republicans and Democrats have convinced a large chunk of the population that they are victims, and that the only way out of this victimhood is to vote for X candidate. All of this while the policies that X candidate supports, make unemployment, poverty, discrimination, etc. much worse, while giving the illusion that they are throwing these perceived victims a bone. There is never an intention to solve the actual problem, or help the situation, because a solution to that problem means that there is no longer specific need for the government programs that are billed as a necessity for addressing said problem. The Federal Government must create these crises, in order sustain the narrative that Uncle Sam is needed to fix the crisis of the day. Even if one argues that politicians have good intentions, that does not excuse the policies that have crippling effect on our economy and our God given rights. Congress is made up of many individuals with law degrees, so this argument of ignorance when it comes to the political cause and effect of bad policy, does not pass the smell test.

The New Normal?

  1. a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience.

Sociopaths are said to have a poor sense of right and wrong. The sociopath knows that he is doing wrong, but continues to do so, as he/she feels no obligation to cease said behavior despite the immorality/illegality that may be involved. The sociopath is in the same realm of a psychopath, but the psychopath acts void of conscience. The difference here is just state of mind, the end result or behavior is the same. Sociopaths are not able to understand or share someone else’s feelings, and that lack of empathy makes it difficult for them to fully understand how they may be hurting someone or something. Being classified as a sociopath does not always include being physically violent, and can be very passive in nature based on one’s world view. This is the direction that we are heading right now.

Our political leanings, are usually based on our world view, or how we see the world from our own perspective, based on life experiences that we have had. Everyone has a world view, but people tend to let it interfere with judgement when it comes to forming opinions of issues. First I want to be clear, all opinions are worthy of being heard, even those that sound like lunacy. This is the reason we the First Amendment. Without opposing points of view, and contrast between all positions, no one ever learns anything. We learn by making mistakes, and the only way to realize that you have labeled or categorized something in a way that shows inaccuracy or bias, is to see it from a different perspective.

America, more than meets the eye?

A Pen and a Phone!

How many people know the motivation behind the communist manifesto that was written by Karl Marx. Do people know what they are referring to when they call someone a Marxist? We use some words so loosely, that sometimes the true meaning of the word or phrase can be watered down or reduced to what can be perceived as name calling. We, as Americans use too many words and phrases that might as well be on a bumper sticker. Freedom and liberty come to mind. Do we even know what true liberty is anymore? Most of us do not, although many think that they do.

Democrats love when a Democrat President is going around congress, and acting alone on issues that require congress’s approval. Republicans apparently like the sound of Donald Trump, when he goes on one of his totalitarian rants. Can we just agree to disagree like the old days, without telling the other side to sit down and shut up? We have turned the whole political system into a vehicle for revenge. Barack Obama spoke in 2012 of Democrats “punishing their enemies”, and voting to get “revenge”. Is this what we have been reduced to? The whole country has went full on sociopath, and we are looking at front runners in both parties, that are , you guessed it, SOCIOPATHS! All of this so we can replace the current sociopath in chief. Our Constitution was meant for a moral society, and it seems that all morality has left the building. Sometimes I wonder if we have reached the point of no return. Time will tell.

Vladimir Lenin once said that the goal of socialism is communism. They both lead to the same thing, the only difference is how it is implemented. Socialism is voted for by the people, communism is taken with force! Socialism relies on uneducated citizen sheep, in order to convince the masses that socialism works. It has never worked in the history of the world, that is fact! No matter how great it sounds on paper, it is evil!

Yeah Capitalism at it's most ruthless is a manifestation of psyhopathy. Those evil capitalists!!

Meanwhile Socialism and/or communism, take your pick, at their best or least ruthless is THE worst manifestation of psychopathy ever.

In Jon Ronson's widely acclaimed book The Psychopath Test, Professor Robert Hare was quoted "I should have spent some time inside the Stock Exchange as well. Serial killer psychopaths ruin families. Corporate and political and religious psychopaths ruin economies. They ruin societies. Capitalism at its most ruthless is a manifestation of psychopathy." -

Jason, if you are talking to me, yes I saw it, it's no secret he is a sick person, totally has to do with his childhood, his wacko mother and communist influences throughout his childhood, just the type of vulnerable childhood the left needed in a person to usurp his identity and manipulate him into what they needed.

Did you see the recent video of Obama laughing about Justice Scalia? Obama is mentally ill.

I agree entirely. In fact, I shared the article on my Facebook. I enjoyed it very much.

I can tell you this election will have significant and major impacts on our lives for as long as we shall live... probably not since the Carter - Reagan election has the nation been set to tilt in one direction or another, and even back then, the balance of what was at stake was not so great as today.

The reason why I say this is because so much of what Obama has put in place can only see fruition if it is allowed to by the incoming President. Obamacare in all its glory only survives if Hillary gets elected.

The dozens of Executive Orders which circumvent the Laws and Constitution of the USofA will stand if Clinton is elected, such as:

Obama bypassed congressional authority, issuing an executive order to place US coastal waters in the jurisdiction of the UN, and making US coastal states responsible to pay taxes and share revenue with up to 160 foreign nations. Obama placed the UN L.O.S.T. Treaty above the sovereignty of the United States.

Obama bypassed congressional authority, issuing executive order number 13575 to place a large percentage of rural American farmland into the jurisdiction of the UN, and to extend federal control over that portion of our farmlands, driving out the rightful owners with federal regulations. Executive order 13575 agenda 21

Obama bypassed Congress on the DREAM Act, stopping the Federal Government from deporting illegals and granting them the ability to get work permits, adding millions to a workforce that already has tens of millions out of work.

Obama ordered the IRS to ignore fraudulent immigrant claims for refunds they claim for children, who are not even verified to be real, it is estimated that this fraud costs tax payers over 6 Billion dollars a year.

And of course it goes without saying that NAFTA, CAFTA and China's Trade status will continue on as is, unchecked, so that our resources and our jobs continue to fly from our Nation and to others.

The coming election is effectively THE election to decide America's fate, it will go quietly into the night to become a second class nation and welfare state... or it will wake from its slumber to become a world leading economy again. The choice was never so stark and clear.

Very, very good LorD! (like that acronym?) So well said, but I do have some tweeks to mention.

Our political leanings, aren't based on our world view, our World View is based on our "political leanings" or in other words our ideology. but no big deal, you say potato I say potaato.

Sociopaths is THE term to use to best describe our present political and government leadership on so many levels that I see a necessity for a new term that applies to sociopaths in government. That term would be Sociopatriarchs.

And finally you should explain the similarity between Pedophiles and a special breed of Sociopatriarchs, Politophiles.

Most politophiles never see a psychiatrist, even though it's a real diagnosable illness. Politophilia is a psychological disorder that occurs when someone turns liberal for political pleasure.

Most instances are found in adults, although older teens can also have the disease.

Teenagers need not be older than their would-be victims to meet the criteria of the diagnosis. Most teenage politophiles were victims of liberal political abuse in their early childhood.

Actually, most adult politophiles were indoctrinated by liberals as children also. This shows a level of "recidivism" (or "lapsing into an old state of being"). You can read more on my hub page "2012 Voters Beware of Politophiles!"

So I pray LorD you get a lot of views on this Hub Page because it needs to be said. Thumbs up.
