If you dig the poison up, then someone is going to use it.


It does not matter whether the poison is the coal that causes black lung disease in coal miners or the oil or gas whose extraction leads to poisoning ground water or causes earthquakes or the uranium that is processed into plutonium -- the most poisonous substance known to science. Radioactive waste is going to fall into the hands of nuclear terrorists because there is simply too much of it to guard.
