The GOP must appoint an independent special counsel to investigate the eminently impeachable Herr Fuehrer Trump.

Updated on February 28, 2017

The GOP must appoint an independent special counsel to investigate the eminently impeachable Herr Fuehrer Trump.

Herr Fuehrer Trump is attempting to diminish our media, our intelligence community and our legislative and judicial branches of government because he knows his policies are detrimental to the US and he consequentially needs to augment his power.

Trump asking FBI to debunk media’s role in reporting that Russia was in constant collaboration with Trump’s presidential campaign is authoritarianism at its worst.

Senator John McCain thinks Trump’s attempt to manipulate the media is reminiscent to a dictatorship.

Sweden’s former prime minister attacks Trump’s lies.

Bannon’s “deconstruction of the administrative state” tactic is purely evil.

DHS writes report stating Trump’s executive order regarding the Muslim ban will not be effective.

Trump is trying to influence intelligence officials and Congress regarding his Russian involvement.

Trump’s executive order regarding “deportation squads” is un-American.

It is un-American for Trump to ask FBI attack the media.

The article “FBI refused White House request to knock down recent Trump-Russia stories” states “ The FBI rejected a recent White House request to publicly knock down media reports about communications between Donald Trump's associates and Russians known to US intelligence during the 2016 presidential campaign, multiple US officials briefed on the matter tell CNN….

White House officials had sought the help of the bureau and other agencies investigating the Russia matter to say that the reports were wrong and that there had been no contacts, the officials said. The reports of the contacts were first published by The New York Times and CNN on February 14.

The direct communications between the White House and the FBI were unusual because of decade-old restrictions on such contacts. Such a request from the White House is a violation of procedures that limit communications with the FBI on pending investigations…

FBI Director James Comey rejected the request for the FBI to comment on the stories, according to sources, because the alleged communications between Trump associates and Russians known to US intelligence are the subject of an ongoing investigation. “

Senator John McCain hates Trump’s totalitarian attack on the media.

The February 18, 2017 article “McCain On Trump Declaring The Media An Enemy: "That's How Dictators Get Started"” states “"I'm just saying we need to learn the lessons of history," Arizona senator John McCain says.

Republican Senator Arizona Senator told NBC News in a clip released Saturday that President Donald Trump's most recent attack on the media is an example of "how dictators get started."

Chuck Todd, host of "Meet the Press," asked McCain about Trump's tweet Friday, in which the president declared that the media is "the enemy of the American people."

"If you want to preserve Democracy as we know it, you have to have a free and many times adversarial press, and without it I'm afraid we would lose so much of our individual liberties over time. That's how dictators get started," McCain responded.

"They get started by suppressing a free press," he added. "In other words, a consolidation of power, when you look at history, the first thing that dictators do, is shut down the press. I'm not saying that President Trump is trying to be a dictator.”

Former Swedish prime minister attacks Trump’s lies.

Trump supporters are gullible and thus can believe his tripe, but people in foreign countries won’t swallow his propaganda.

The February 20 2017article “'Just stop digging': Former Swedish prime minister's advice for Donald Trump “ states “The Tweeter-in-Chief can't acknowledge a mistake. So he's doubled down on his riff made during his campaign-style rally in Melbourne, Florida on the weekend in which he referenced whatever had gone down in Sweden the night before.

This more than baffled the Swedes who asked the State Department for an explanation….

Sweden's former prime minister and foreign minister Carl Bildt has responded, via Twitter, in searing fashion.

Last year there were app 50% more murders only in Orlando/Orange in Florida, where Trump spoke the other day, than in all of Sweden. Bad.”

Bannon’s “deconstruction of the administrative state” tactic is purely evil.

The Feb 23, 2017 article “Bannon Admits Trump's Cabinet Nominees Were Selected To Destroy Their Agencies.“ states “At CPAC today Stephen Bannon, the Chief Advisor and intellectual heft behind the Twittering infant that sits in the Oval Office, provided a little glimpse of the future he has planned for all of us.

In the clearest explanation for why nearly all of Trump’s cabinet choices are known mostly for despising and attacking the very Federal agencies they’ve been designated to lead, Bannon explained—in very clear language--that they weren't appointed to lead these agencies, but to destroy them:

Atop Trump’s agenda, Bannon said, was the “deconstruction of the administrative state” — meaning a system of taxes, regulations and trade pacts that the president and his advisers believe stymie economic growth and infringe upon one’s sovereignty.

The crippling or wholesale elimination of Federal agencies that ensure we receive such things as clean air, clean water, fair labor laws, fair housing standards, anti-discrimination laws, financial protections, food and drug safety, national education standards and the like, has been a goal of far-right “thinkers" for decades. The rationale, propagated by corporate and industry-funded think tanks such as the Heritage Foundation, has always been that that the existence of these “unelected" agencies represents a mortal threat to American “sovereignty and self-government." This is exactly the line Bannon was peddling at CPAC today. It is delusional, right-wing garbage.”

DHS Muslim ban report.

Trump is pressuring agencies to falsify their intelligence to agree with his un-American policies.

The article “DHS intelligence report disputes threat posed by 7 travel ban nations.” states “Analysts at the Homeland Security Department's intelligence arm found insufficient evidence that citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries included in President Donald Trump's travel ban pose a terror threat to the United States….

The three-page report challenges Trump's core claims. It said that of 82 people the government determined were inspired by a foreign terrorist group to carry out or try to carry out an attack in the United States, just over half were U.S. citizens born in the United States. The others were from 26 countries, led by Pakistan, Somalia, Bangladesh, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iraq and Uzbekistan. Of these, only Somalia and Iraq were among the seven nations included in the ban.”

Trump is trying to influence intelligence officials and Congress regarding his Russian involvement.

The article “Trump administration asked intelligence officials, key lawmakers to counter Russia stories” states “The Trump administration has enlisted senior members of the intelligence community and Congress in efforts to counter news stories about Trump associates' ties to Russia, a politically charged issue that has been under investigation by the FBI as well as lawmakers now defending the White House.

Acting at the behest of the White House, the officials made calls to news organizations last week in attempts to challenge stories about alleged contacts."

Trump attacks the judicial branch of government.

The article “President Trump’s Attacks on the Courts Show the Need for an Independent Supreme Court Nominee with Bipartisan Support” states “In his first two weeks in office, President Donald Trump has shown an alarming disregard for the courts and the constitutional limits on his power. He has banned refugees and Muslims from certain countries; fired an attorney general; possiblyprofited from his presidency; threatened to block funding to jurisdictions that limit entanglement between local police and federal immigration enforcement; and questioned the legitimacy of U.S. District Court Judge James Robart, who temporarily halted his Muslim ban.

The president referred to Judge Robart, appointed by President George W. Bush, as a “so-called judge.” Trump suggested Judge Robart would be responsible if a terrorist attack were to occur: “If something happens blame him and court system.” There were also reports of federal officials refusing to obey earlier court orders pertaining to the Muslim ban, including an order protecting the right to counsel for lawful permanent residents.

President Trump’s attacks on judges undermine judicial independence—the very foundation of a coequal branch of government. Under the Constitution’s separation of powers, the courts define the constitution and its limits on the authority of the other branches of government. Since the president’s party controls Congress, the courts will be crucial to ensuring that Trump does not violate the Constitution.”

Trump’s executive order regarding “deportation squads” is un-American.

The February 24, 2017 article “Federal agents ask domestic flight passengers to show IDs in search for immigrant ordered deported” states “ Under President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security has issued new guidelines to ICE and CBP that further empower federal agents to target, detain and deport any of the millions of immigrants currently in the United States without documentation, including those without past criminal convictions. Those policy changes have sparked fear in immigrant communities nationwide, leading to immediate concern among immigrants and activists in response to any visible ICE action, such as the one Wednesday.”

Herr Fuehrer Trump is attempting to destroy our democracy, but because of his un-American tactics he will be impeached.

GOP operatives are beginning to realize that they can’t condone Trump’s behavior. No Republican is traditionally more in line with GOP tactics than Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), yet even he can’t sanction Trump’s activities. The February 25, 2017 article “Republican Congressman calls for independent prosecutor to investigate Donald Trump” states “Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) said that Attorney General Jeff Sessions should recuse himself. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) said on Friday night that an independent special prosecutor should investigate potential ties between Russia and the Donald Trump campaign.

“You’re right that you cannot have somebody — a friend of mine, Jeff Sessions — who was on the campaign and who is an appointee,” Issa said on HBO’s Real Time. “You’re going to need to use the special prosecutor’s statute and office.” …

Issa formerly served as the head of the House Oversight committee, where he conducted repeated investigations of the Obama White House. Issa once called Obama “one of the most corrupt presidents in modern times.” Issa’s high-theater investigations, however, often failed to show direct culpability on the part of President Obama or his White House.”

Republican politicians have a calculation in their mind. They think that Trump has constituents that the typical GOP politician can’t appeal to. GOP operatives are afraid that Trump might lose them more voters than he can attract. Once they make the determination that he will lose more voters than he can attract, they will abandon him. If Issa is abandoning Trump, then any GOP operative can make the same calculation.

On June 23, 1972: Nixon ordered the CIA to Stop FBI the Watergate Investigation. On October 20, 1973 Nixon ordered Attorney GeneralElliot Richardson and Assistant Attorney General Ruckleshouse to fire special prosecutor Cox. They both refused to comply and resigned. On June 14, 1971Attorney GeneralJohn N. Mitchell and Nixon obtained a federal court injunction forcing the New York Times to cease publication of the Pentagon Papers. Nixon was impeached. We have shown that Trump has mirrored “Tricky Dick” Nixon’s impeachable actions and he has done more. Trump has influenced Congress regarding his Russian involvement. Trump has ordered DHS to falsify its report regarding the Muslim ban.

Trump, like Nixon, will be impeached.

He is doing what the Cesar in Rome would do to the Senate. He has made them a joke. They no longer do their job, they break all the rules to self incriminate themselves and to insure everyone else will have to do the same. To get elected you no longer need the peoples money, just big buisiness and other oligarchs. You just need a foreighn power to pick the winner and their money and a team of criminals to make it happen. If you own both houses you no longer have to follow any rules or pass any legislation . If your in power you can defy any office and its purpose. You can appoint family

members and promote your own money most likely made by back room political deals, criminal organizations and deals with forieghn powers. You can do all this and break every law and not even pay your taxes. The problem is not our government but the people in it. We can probably impeach half of them now and vote the rest out. I think we are going to need some new political parties to change anything however.
