6 Inspirational Movies for Couples

Here are some great movies filled with inspiration, romance and love that couples will enjoy. These are great for dates and watching with other couples as well.

The Note II: Taking a Chance on Love

This is the sequel to The Note. After reuniting with her daughter she gave up, Peyton MacGruder is still learning how to be adjusted to being a parent. She is also adjusting to a new romance. Discover what Peyton learns about her heart, herself, love and happiness and making decisions. Sports Journalist King also has to deal with his son who is giving up baseball and his scholarship to go Art school.

Pride and Prejudice (2005)

This is my favorite. I can watch this every year. An anxious mother wants to marry off her daughters to men with wealth and social standing. This a wonderful classic story of when wealthy and prominent men falls in love with a women from a diverse background and lower class. Can love be found, despite their pride and prejudices and obstacles in the way? Kiera Knightley and Matthew MacFadyen were perfect for their roles and their acting was very genuine.

Love Comes Softly Series

These are beautiful movies of a story that starts out when love comes unexpectedly for Marty in spite of her loss and then continued on for the rest of the women in the series, from one generation to another. These movies are full of not only romance, but they have drama, suspense and very inspirational.

Bride and Prejudice (2004)

This is the Indian version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice with British actresses. When two classes of different people collide, can true love be found and withstand the test? It is very entertaining and romantic. Aishwarya Rai Bachan stars in this.

A Walk to Remember (2003)

This movie is a wonderful romantic story of two teenagers, that shows genuine love as it is meant to be and supposed to be. It is a wonderful for all ages and teaches the true meaning of what love really is. It was adapted from Nicolas sparks book.

While You Were Sleeping

In this movie, Sandra Bullock is a lonely ticket collector who saves the life of a man she is attracted to from afar. While he's in a coma, his family assumed that she was his fiancé and in the process, she falls in love with someone else.
