A bitter guy talks a lot about an ex girlfriend that broke his heart in the past and kick him to the curd. Each time he is reminded of her, he would yap about the things she did wrong and the things she didn't do wrong.

3. He Never Values A Woman's Impact-

A bitter man never values that something good will come out of his relationship with a woman. He doubts that any responsible woman can have a good impact in his life. His grudges against the female folks becomes a defensive measure; giving him enough reason to devalue the worth of a good woman in his life. He simply believe that there is no good woman
in the world. Therefore, he treats women like they are no good use to him.

A bitter man is always difficult to please. He constantly wants a woman to prove herself to
him. He expects her to misbehave like the other women in his past did. He does this even when a certain woman has tried to show her sincerity. he'd rather make her work more hard to please him or prove his scandalous expectations.

6. He Avoids Women Of Certain Criteria-

Due to the bad experience of a bitter man with a woman from a particular tribe. Or demographic origin, a bitter man usually avoids dating a new woman who slightly fits that criteria with the assumption that she equates to the previous woman who dismissed him.

Jane, just because you supposedly met "one man" of the description you've described, doesn't mean you can talk for all.

And also you need to respect other's opinions instead of getting on your emotional little pedestal screaming (you are wrong) .

I have become this in some ways. I feel ashamed that I feel this way towards women, but I can't snap out of it. It's keeping me from approaching women and when I do, I feel lost for words. It's been almost 3 yrs since divorce and I do want someone new, I realize not all women are the same. I guess I'm just scarred and broken.

I'm sorry, but this is just wrong. #1 and #2 contradict each other. A man who goes on and on about his ex is *not* guarded. He may be telling you what you would rather not hear, or he may be telling you things you find annoying, but he certainly *is* telling you something about himself, quite a lot about himself in fact, if you listen critically and carefully.

Both sexes go through this and the longer the relationship was the longer it takes to leave the past behind. Past relationships that involve kids require a new relationship but these drag bitterness out. In most cases we regress from a situation that has become selfish back into dealing with single people who our most likely to be selfish. The result is a judgement of others based on the fact that everyone is selfish. Until we get past that point we remain bitter and the more selfish we are the more likely we never move a head.
