A Tale of Two Friends

Updated on July 6, 2013

Remember, the greatest gift is not found in a store nor under a tree, but in the hearts of true friends.

Once upon a time,
there were two friends.

They've been there for each other
thru
good times and bad times.
thru
thick and thin

They've shared to each other
A piece of their life

some are good,
some are bad.

Have they met accidentally
or just coincidentally?

Yes... No... Maybe...

They also never know
but they are just happy being together.

But can you guess their names?

yes, its ME and YOU!

And with love on their hearts,
They became friends forever

And they live
happily ever after...

You write from a very innocent and beautiful point of view which cannot be feigned. How many of us would love to be able to be back in that p.o.v. in our own lives. A very good place to be.

      Very sweet. Voting way up.

I love your poem. I have couple of friends who match this profile. We clicked and are still going strong through the years. My sister, is also one of my best friends. We have had our disagreements, but we remain faithful.

Great job M, these are the kind of friendships, that are not many in quantity, for they are extremely hard to find. But, the few we do have on our lives make it all worth the while! Great job, voted up, awesome, beautiful and shared!
