Keep the Fire Alive and Healthy in Your Relationship With Feng Shui

Using Feng Shui in your master bedroom helps to support a healthy, loving union. Providing balance and a warm, loving environment to share with the love of your life is a beautiful way to show them how much you care about him/her and the relationship. By setting the intention for peace, passion and romance to be more important than who is right or wrong, you are setting the stage for a beautiful, long-lasting relationship.

For equality in the relationship, always incorporate pairs of items. Two night stands, two lamps, two candles, a decanter with two glasses or a vase with two flowers are good examples. Hang terry or silk His and Her bathrobes in the master bath for the same effect. For balance within the relationship, be sure to balance your bedroom with equal elements of Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood.

The removal of clutter is allowing room for intimacy to bloom. Not only is clutter unsightly, it is also a very powerful, damaging form of negative energy.

A fresh coat of paint removes old, stuck and/or angry energy. Another way to cleanse the room of old, stale energy is to ring a bell, shake a rattle, open the window and burn incense or clap your hands loudly around the room. This is especially important if one partner or the other has had a relationship with a different partner in the past within the same living space. Add a breath of fresh air to your relationship to keep things as beautiful as they were in the beginning.

Create the mood for romance by incorporating soft music instead of a distracting television. Use soft, romantic lighting. Candles work wonders here and the soft light on your face and skin is amazing.

Sensual and romantic artwork is also a wonderful enhancement. On the wall facing the foot of your bed where you naturally look when you’re lying in bed as well as the first area of the room you see upon entering the room should be your key focus for adding this beautiful artwork or a round mirror which signifies completion and unity. Add a romantic photograph of you and your love to your décor to encourage more of those beautiful moments. If you’re single, add a picture of your dream mate to attract him/her.

Show him/her how special they are by comforting them with luxurious 300 plus thread count bed linens and plush new towels in the master bath to soothe the body and soul.

Accelerate your passions by wearing sensual lingerie and/or pajamas to bed. Add an enchanting basket by the bedside full of oils and message lotions and enjoy using them together. Keep bubble bath in the master bath and slide into the tub together to relax and unwind.

To keep the bedroom and in effect your relationship fresh spray lavender, vanilla and/or cinnamon daily. Treat this room as a sacred space. This is where your bodies entwine and your souls connect.

Read poetry to one another or to yourself, if your single, until your mate appears. This can greatly assist you in expressing your emotions adding beautiful words and a rhythmic tone.

Sweeten your relationship by incorporating candy kisses into the “Marriage and Partnership” gua area of your bedroom. This is a very simple way to eliminate moodiness and the feeling of being taken for granted within a relationship.

Using Feng Shui in your bedroom can greatly improve upon a troubled or an already wonderful relationship. There is no limit to how beautiful love can be.
