Happy Valentine’s Day! Happy Wedding Day!

I don’t know what kind of atmosphere you wish to create at your wedding. It maybe to create a light-hearted giggling feeling. Or, it may be to create a more sincere and sombre feeling at your wedding.

Each wedding is personal.

I decided to create one of each so that you had a choice.

One set of Wedding Vows is Fun while the other set of Wedding Vow is Classical.

If you happen to like any one of these two wedding vows please feel free to take parts or all of it for your wedding vow. However, two things I ask for in return.

Please let me know which one you enjoyed (email me at; and pay it forward. That is, I ask of you to donate one act of service to a stranger that will benefit them or lift their spirits. This will be your thankyou to me.

Okay, enough said. Here are your Fun and Classical Wedding Vows.

Fun Wedding Vow: His n Hers (Same)

I, ___________take you as my best friend and wife (husband/partner)

From the moment

you walked into my life

you felt like a cool mist

evaporating a sopping humid day

I love the way you help me laugh

and be spontaneous all over again.

I love how you grew me wings

so that I could write my own song

I want to snuggle you in bed

when your body aches.

I want to cook you a meal

That sizzles and sets us on fire.

I promise to even get the remote control

from across the room

Even when we are watching a movie

I dislike.

I believe in you.

I believe in us.

I want to grow old with you.

I believe we are better together

than apart.

You are the key to my lock.

I am the heart and feet to your dance.

I like you _____ I love you __________.

Classical Wedding Vow: His n Hers (Same)

I, ____________take you as my best friend and wife (husband/partner)

Like a graceful Willow Tree

You bend and flow

With the life cycles of highs and lows.

You are my dream walking swan

That knows how to flourish

Joy, within my being of courage

You bring the beauty

And the dignity of a magnolia flower

To my world of firepower

I see us, as two white stars,

bursting in the heavens,

our souls fusing

and calling out the inner music

for each of us to be a friend.

Our hearts too, pulsating the message,

that we yearn to be loved and relished.

There will be romance

and happy dances.

To celebrate us

Being a team plus,

a couple supporting one another

to meeting each other’s needs

and making our wants succeed.

I want you to know

that I am willing

to meet your beauty daily

with a thrill that is racy.

I want you to know

that I will meet

your growing beliefs and attitudes, sweet,

so that both you and I exude

plenitude in our marriage.

I will kiss you hello

and goodbye, as passionately

as the first time I ravenously

realized I loved you sublime.

I will kiss your heart

by valuing and head starting

our self-made rituals

that exhilarate the rich jewels of

our traditions, anniversaries, birthdays

and victories ablaze.

I will work at bringing out

the best in you

and the best within me that is due.

We will experience

a special kind of freedom

in our marriage wisdom and kingdom.

Our family will be given

the right to be similar or different.

Each family member will know

that no matter what is sown,

they will belong.

They will feel loved, not wronged

they will find what they need

to prosper and become adept.

Together we will handle challenges

and weaknesses that change

so that our personal struggles

will be stopped in length.

This will be my solemn promise to you.

These Wedding Vows made me feel

Yes, you cheeky thing! (smile) Maybe revowing to each other may make a wonderful anniversary present?

Very nice! We wrote our own. I hate to say this, but I don't remember what I wrote. I think I better go back and refresh my memory. :)
