How Can Women Bring Sexy Back....Into Their Marriage

Updated on September 8, 2011

Okay ladies, it’s time to come out of your comfort zone and have some fun. It’s time to bring sexy back into your marriage. We are going to get that self esteem up and be bold in things that we do….Especially when it comes to our men. They like it when we change things up. Being spontaneous is what keeps the hubby happy. I have a few short and sweet suggestions on how to get that sexy engine going.

Learning a Pole or Burlesque Dance Routine

As time goes by, a lot of us don’t feel sexy anymore. We show it in how we dress and carry ourselves. We throw our hair up in ponytails and wear what works. If it’s just for a day, we have to get out of that comfort zone and do something different. A good way is to take a pole or burlesque dancing class. It could help you build your self confidence and see yourself in a whole new light. There are a lot of gyms that offer pole and burlesques dancing classes. If you cannot afford to take a class, there are also a lot free instructional videos on YouTube as well.

There is no wrong way to do it. All you need is a mirror, sexy lingerie, high heels, music and a smile. If you are worried about how you look because of weight gain or stretch marks, please stop. Anyone can be sexy, you just have to know how to work it.

Practice, practice and practice! Once you have your routine ready, call hubby in and tell him that you need a little help with something. Things can take off from there.

Role Playing: Pick Him Up at a Bar on Date Night

I love this one. On date night, you and your husband can go to a bar and pretend like you don’t know each other and then you start flirting with him. Close the deal by picking him up and leaving the bar with him. If your really daring and really naughty, you can also have a little fun in the car on the way home. There are no rules. Just let yourself go.

Early Morning or Late Night Shower

f you don’t have a lot of time, you can catch an early morning shower before you start your busy day. If you don’t have time in the morning, you can also do a late night shower after you put the kids to bed. The dishes can wait.

These are just a few suggestions that I enjoy doing with my husband. The possibilities of bringing sexy back into your marriage are endless. It just takes a little thought that can be built on from there.

Thank you for stopping by.
