Starting Your Day Off With Simplicity Can Be Easier Said Than Done
The definition of Simplicity- Is the state or quality of being simple.
Simple minded can be viewed in a negative light, or in a positive manner. I choose to perceive simplicity in a positive way. I believe that most of us take on a challenge before evaluating the situation in a clear light, which can cause stress.
I have provided some simple techniques that have helped me start of the day positively, and by the end of the day I am not weighed down with worry or fatigue.
Hopefully these suggestions will help you start off your day with ease.
Try To Start Off Your Day As Early As Possible
The early bird gets the worm, is an expression that richly applies to starting off your day with simplicity. The sooner you rise to fuel your energy the more time you have to re-charge your batteries for the day.
Many women and some men wake up just in time to get dress make coffee and head out for work. This daily ritual leaves little time to invest in yourself. If your not careful, your day could end up like the video below.

We all should have that cozy spot in our homes in which we can kick back and relax. My favorite spot is near the window looking out into the scenic backyard covered in palm trees, as I watch the birds without worry chirp in harmony.
It may sound silly, however there was a time when all I could see was dust for miles and all I could hear was the sound of irritated horns beeping their way through traffic. This was not at all a comforting sound.
Don't take nature for granted. If you observe your surroundings closely enough you'll be able to discover something new each day. And this my friend is a blessing.

It is common for us to want to turn on the t.v., first thing in the morning and fill up on gossip or news that we can't control. The honest truth is that sometimes we have to prepare out mind to withstand the news. Try to avoid turning on the t.v. or picking up the newspaper first thing in the morning. Use this time to meditate on positive things. Use this time to fill up on words of affirmation.
